Sara and Rosa were really helpful they helped me figure out what ice cream flavors were good for me and my little cousins, they were so nice even though my cousins are a handful , overall wonderful experience at Chulas!

We have came a few times, We came today for memorial day My kids loved it! Sara is a nice cashier AND server 2 For 1. She explained to us what the stuff we didn’t know were and She got our order out fast. Only 1 person working isn’t Good in my opinion, especially on a holiday 10/10 besides that:-)

The staff was friendly! We ordered a couple of mango chamoyada and a tamarindo raspa. The chamoyada tasted like water down chamoy and no mango taste what so ever, the pieces of mango topping still had skin on them. The raspa had no flavor of tamarindo not enough of tamarindo syrup. The employees are not very efficient when it comes to the service with time and no sense of urgency.

Staff were so generous and always helpful with the ice cream options and creativity. Having the ice cream and candy inside the Pineapple is the kids favorite. Highly recommend and such a nice atmosphere.

The fresas con crema were more like Agua with some whipped cream. The strawberries were not fresh. They were soggy and in a liquid preserve. No ice cream in it. Not good at all. The esquites were also not tasty. Maybe it’s because I went in at 9:30pm. Idk but I rather get told they are closed or getting ready to close than get served bad food.Response to the owner: Wouldn’t it have been easier to make it made right the first time? We could go on and on. The esquites were not TASTY. I said nothing about freshness and to be honest even if I paid for the ice-cream I’m not sure it would have had a positive impact on the item. I’m sure no business owner likes negative reviews but your sassy response make me not want to come again…. Not even for a refund. You need to stop being so sensitive and learn from the reviews. Instead of taking the time to respond and act rude towards negative reviews, take the time to work on your menu items.
