The fresas con crema were more like Agua with some whipped cream. The strawberries were not fresh. They were soggy and in a liquid preserve. No ice cream in it. Not good at all. The esquites were also not tasty. Maybe it’s because I went in at 9:30pm. Idk but I rather get told they are closed or getting ready to close than get served bad food.Response to the owner: Wouldn’t it have been easier to make it made right the first time? We could go on and on. The esquites were not TASTY. I said nothing about freshness and to be honest even if I paid for the ice-cream I’m not sure it would have had a positive impact on the item. I’m sure no business owner likes negative reviews but your sassy response make me not want to come again…. Not even for a refund. You need to stop being so sensitive and learn from the reviews. Instead of taking the time to respond and act rude towards negative reviews, take the time to work on your menu items.

Amazing service and amazing food, I have been coming here for a while and I have yet to be disappointed with their endlessly delicious options and what makes it even better is that they have another location that has an even wider variety of food and botanas, if you’re ever in the area you NEED to visit this store

My family & I have been to this place for a while & never an issue. Except this last time I guess I was supposed to guess that they closed at a certain time(the website said it differently) & the blonde girl with the face full of acne went out of her way to be plain right beyond rude. I was embarrassed to even have suggested this place because of how nasty she was towards us. It seemed like she was doing me a favor & giving me free food. Over $50 in botanas & bad attitude. I will try to avoid this place at all costs. Fortunately she’s the only one we’ve had an issue with, ever.

Great tasting food & deserts and very kind staff. I was in & out in 4 mins and that was with a store with around 15 customers! Highly rated I got the strawberries ? & cream the small way $7.02 kinda high but yummy!!
