I gave all 5s because during the week the food the service is everything’s perfect. We went there Sunday after church at 1 pm . And it was not the same place. All I wanted was a hot fudge Sunday. Small. It was in the wrong cup . Overfilled with icecream . The tiniest bit of hot fudge and that’s the only reason I get it ice fricking fudge ! Im like what is this? Are you low on hot fudge? Like if I wanted a cup of vanilla ice cream I would have said that . The guy acted like I was nuts. I told him I come here all the time during week si I know what they look like . Also we went there one night , total different atmosphere. So weekend and nights They need to be watched.

Please stop leaving ice cream out on the counter when people are in the drive thru! Nobody wants runny melted ice cream. IN THE SUMMER KEEP STUFF IN THE CHILLER UNTIL YOUR CUSTOMER COMES TO THE WINDOW!

I ordered my ice cream to go, but had a fantastic experience when picking it up. This was my first time ordering from this DQ location. I ordered online and walked into the store ahead of time. Ceara was at the front and wasted no time in letting others know to make my order. It was ready in a minute and I was being handed my item, but Ceara noticed hot fudge on the side of the container. She took it back to clean it, made sure I had plenty of napkins, and replaced the spoon which had fallen on the floor. It's been a while since I've seen that much of a reactive service from anyone in the food business. Thank you Ceara!! It's definitely worth visiting this location.

I know a guy who went here who insulted his autistic brother and refused to give service to them because she dose not understand what autism looks like and I will never go back to this place ever again.

Gave us the wrong order and when we tried to knock on the door one of the workers kept aggressively shaking her head NO and waving her hands as in a “no. LEAVE!” way. Finally someone came to the door stating they’re closed (yeah OKAY yet we were JUST in line so obviously we weren’t trying to order - just get out ORDER CORRECT)
We were then told to gk BACK AROUND IN LINE and WAIT OUR TURN!
When we finally got to the window they had Alreadyhad our correct order but couldn’t just hand it to us 10 minutes prior through the front door.
As we’re driving away the bull-dog looking girl who originally was saying “no leave” with hand-gestures was standing next to the person who handed us our correct order and kept giving my wife and I DIRTY LOOKS AND GLARING AT MY WIFE.
My wife then said “You got a dirty look on your face inside a locked building. How about meet me outside in the parking lot and we’ll see if you still have that look on your bull-dog face!” It was hilarious! The wannabe tough girl slammed the drive through window and started hollering at her coworker. LOL!

Cold soggy fries undercooked and burnt that's the weird part about it... I spent close to $30 and I felt like I wasted half of it on undercooked food and this is the second time this has happened in the last 3 months only been there twice
