I keep giving this store chances. All I want is a simple cappuccino. It’s never foamy, got over that but this morning… no! Idk what this was in my drink! Looks like tissue or something. I wish I could upload pics. Now I am stuck at work with no coffee!!! Pls DO BETTER! I love the staff but come on guys we spend too much money not to get quality FOOD and service!

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. I placed a mobile order today, and when I arrived, they didn’t have the bagel I ordered. I didn’t want anything else, and the drive-thru worker treated me very poorly without offering a solution. I asked for a refund, but the Dunkin’ app wouldn’t let me request it online, and the worker didn’t provide me with a receipt either. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I do not recommend this location.

It's not that it's a bad place, the problem is how they prepare the drinks, they make what they want, if you ask for a special coffee they will put in whatever they want.

Three Stars means I get what I expect for the price I pay. Unfortunately, Dunkin' has no apparent plans to start cooking donuts in the stores again, which was made obvious when the chain dropped "Donuts" from the name. I really miss walking in to work with a couple dozen still-warm glazed donuts. Those memories will stay with me forever.

I USED TO BE a repeat customer back when I was in school since it was one of the few Dunkin’s on my way. I used to get the same thing & it almost always tasted different, so we already have a lack of consistency. Ordering in store was a pain because most of the time this made me late for class & the longest part was just waiting for someone to come to the counter. Today, I started my day late & as I was reading the menu someone yelled at me through the speaker saying I had to move because of their timer & because of how rude they were, my friend & I just left. I’d rather take a detour & go to the one on Lake Worth near target or the one by the turnpike, as a customer spending money with a corporation I’d rather go to a location where the staff is respectful to the customers, patient & kind enough to offer recommendations if needed & actually make the orders the way they are supposed to. This is the only Dunkin that I’ve repeatedly had negative experiences with.

If I could leave no stars i would - Does not keep their bathroom clean and all the manager said when I have been informed several of times about the throw up in the bathroom sink is OK- And just sit there on her phone then to go attend to the bathroom 🚻. Don't have to worry about me going here anymore.

Horrible service! The staff doesn't care to pay attention to the front counter service even when you make them aware that you're waiting! Saw a line form with 4-5 individuals and it took the staff about 10 minutes to take their orders. Several people just got fed up and left to go through the drive thru. The tables were dirty. The coffee tasted disgusting- watered down and sour. The worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to!
The service here is terrible, they always have an attitude, and the area is dirty. The health inspector needs to check this place out. Not a sanitary place.

Came through the drive thru this morning for 2 cups of ice water and this is what I found in my drink I’m utterly disgusted I watched the dark skin boy make my waters and he handed them to me my 2 year old son drank out of this water , I drank out of this water… not seeing the cap until I opened the cup .. I wanted to drive back to the store but Id rather just upload it to the reviews because you honestly can’t take back what’s already been done .
