Been eating here since 2015 and tonight was the worst experience and food I have ever gotten. They must have changed owners because you can clearly see the difference. Food quality and service. I placed my order at 6:37p and was told that it would be 40-50mins. I arrived to pick up my food at 7:30. The lady takes my credit card, charges me then tells me another 30mins. Had she said that before I would have cancelled the order. Long story short received my order at 830 and they forget my meal. Went back in and the lady says I never ordered it but I get my soup and egg roll for my meal. Finally get my food and get home and my food is ice cold. I wasted 75 on cold food. Will not be eating here again. Next time I will eat at the pizza place next door.

Upon calling in my order I asked if they delivered; so with a positive response I placed the order for 7 people around 5:30. At 6:30 I received a text the food was delivered. No food so I called and they apologized saying it would take 30 min. Well at about 7:15 no food n yet another phone call with new delivery time for another 45 min by Uber eats. Calling uber eats driver directly, he was at another location waiting for 5 orders but did not have our address. After 3hrs plus with actually no help from the restaurant we canceled order
So if this is the service and support that you want from a restaurant go for it otherwise I am voting with my feet by going elsewhere

Had a take out order, and when I got home noticed I was missing my house Lo mein. Called the store and they delivered it to me promptly no hassle. The food was delicious, customer service top notch and I highly recommend First Wok.

First Wok in Lake Worth Florida is primarily a typical Chinese food takeout restaurant with a couple of tables in the front for people who wish to dine there with no table service. I picked up an order which included, eggrolls, House Loman, and sweet and sour chicken. The portions were large, the food was tasty, and the pricing was fair. Would go back.

We just tried this place for the first time. The young man who took my order was courteous and he did get everything right. However, I witnessed him handling items in the kitchen while eating something and that is a big no-no in a restaurant. As for the food, I ordered three lunches. The pork fried rice is basic yellow rice with peas and a few pieces of pork. I'm not sure if that is their regular rice or if that's just what they give you with the lunches. The chicken nuggets for the sweet and sour were dry and hard as rocks. I thought the bourbon chicken was a little dry, but my husband didn't like it at all. The only thing that was good was the pork lo mien. It's a shame as we love Chinese food and we were looking for a new take-out place closer to the area, but this is not going to be it.

I enjoy ordering for take out every then and there, I decided to call to place a order and the lady who picked up the phone was being complicated and hanged up the phone on me very disrespectful service. Need of training staff with customer service.
Last night, I had takeout from this local restaurant. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing! The broccoli was crisp and not soggy at all, and the egg rolls were perfectly cooked. I highly recommend giving their food a try…

The food was disgusting! Soggy vegetable eggroll that tasted like freezer frost. Chicken lo mein tasted like dirty water!! The fried rice was sour. The food was literally inedible. I’m not sure what happened to this place because they have so many good reviews, but my experience was terrible! The food tasted like it was old and nasty.
