Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

We can’t talk about the food without talking about the service. When the staff deliberately tells you they don't prioritize the orders made online, and they turn away customers walking in the store expecting orders. I’m not one to leave reviews but when they tell me to my face they are choosing to fulfill other orders over mine, there’s nothing I could do to fix this for myself. Hope others can take something away from this.

Food used to be good. Looks like new people. Dinner portion size much smaller now. Went recently and the wait time for a small order was ridiculous. Then I went to ask how much longer and turns out my order was sitting on the counter the whole time. My wings were burned and not good. Looks like some new cooks in the kitchen. The two guys at the register too busy talking instead of paying attention to the orders.

I have been struggling to find a good Chinese takeout near my house for a few years now and I have FINALLY found it! I was willing to try Chinese takeout again after almost a year after constant disappointment. This place is clean, fast service, food was ON POINT! rice is authentic Chinese rice not yellow rice like most others! In a kind of sketchy area but definitely did NOT disappoint. So happy I found them, thanks Great Wall!!! We ordered Singapore noodle, crab rangoon and chicken fried rice. All delectable. Oh, I love the fact that they have an open kitchen so customers can see how the chefs prepare meals, definitely clean.
