So this is our first time here first time ever bowling with my two younger, minor daughters, we ordered nachos, chicken wings, a picture of soda and a bottle of water. My one daughter does not drink soda. She is a pure athlete and will not put soda in her body but likes to chew the ice so when I ordered a bottle of water cause I was not able to get a cup of ice water I asked for then can I have a side of ice? I was told no can’t do that asked a manager who is black and tall, not the friendliest by no means young no that’s our policy can’t do it but yet I could go to the other side of the bar and get a cup of ice water but they’re saying we cannot have ice and they could even poured the water in the cup for us, so what’s the difference if I’m ordering a pitcher of soda and a bottle of water why can’t I get a cup of ice to put the bottle of water that I said you can add the bottled water in it but yet I can go to the other side of the bar and get a cup with ice and yet you’re gonna give me cups for the so I canceled we left and won’t be back and we were just trying you guys out because we’re not from the Lake Worth area we’re from the Wellington area and we were going to start having a Monday night basketball team come there now we’re not because they all drink water and we’re OK with buying bottles of water, but we would like a cup of ice on the side for a little kids

There are so few great, old-school but kept-up places in South Florida/ Lake Worth that families, groups of friends of all ages & leagues can go to that this place is a treasure. Check website for deals(our group of 8 went on a BOGO Monday evening). All staff are so nice, both of our lanes worked perfectly and we'd barely packed up when they had our tables all cleaned & ready for the next group. We had so much fun & all made plans to return.[plenty of parking even when it's busy].

Carlos was so great and nice. He gave me brand new bowling shoes. He really made coming to Greenacres bowling nicer and an even better pleasant experience with his hospitality, great personality, and customer service. The only con is that the bowling finger sizes on the balls are a little tight.

It gets busy at times, but the pricing is fair enough. Staff are quick to help with rentals, finding a proper size ball, fixing errors in lanes, and it seems to be relatively clean despite high customer traffic. Good classic bowling alley I have come to for many years, still fun a decade later.

Outdated and staff is unaware of operations. The staff is almost entirely made up of high school kids who know very little. Food is not very good and our playing time was not correct. Apparently time began as soon as the card is swiped however with over 10 people in the group getting shoes and food we spent some time getting to our alleyway.When asked, the teenager could not tell me when the timer began. After I caught him in his mixup, he offered extra time but most of my party was tired already and I would have rather gotten a discount. We couldn’t even finish our game with five people. The two rows we had ended at completely different times which is odd because I paid and started them both at one time. This was the point at which the boy offered extra time.Beyond this, the entire building and system was outdated from the TVs to the shoes. Will never revisit unless it is for a partial refund. Only got to play for about 30-45 minutes.

Such a nostalgic place. I have been coming here since I was a little kid and the staff has always been so amazing and friendly! At my recent visit I was having trouble finding a good bowling ball and Carlos was super helpful! Not only did he help me find a good one but he was super sweet and informative!

Went here for a birthday party yesterday. The bathroom are pretty clean and the kids had fun bowling. But for how much my friend paid for the birthday party package you would think they would at least give refills on the drinks. The pizza is gross the nachos are gross. The wings were okay. This place could be so good if they just got better with their food service. Whoever makes the pizza needs to be retrained and if it's the whole staff then they just need better recipes.

This bowling alley has been around for years. I don't live in the area anymore, but it's still my go-to bowling alley. I brought my son here recently, and he loves the dark side with led lights. The wings and fries were very tasty and filling along with a pitcher. Overall, it's a good experience every time.
