After taking my order and receiving the order confirmation, there was zero contact. I tried phone calls and per their request, e-mail. Multiple e-mails. Zero response! I even tried cancelling the order via e-mail. Still zero response. The only reason I know it was delivered was the Thank You I received from the recipient. Quality of product was reportedly outstanding.

My husband bought chocolate covered strawberries 2/13/24. There were about 12 in the box. Usually I'm not a complainer, but I'm sure they were pricy. At least 8 of them were back. You can feel the "ting" from the strawberry on your tongue. I'm sure they were sitting for a while. Very disappointed.

30 years I've gone to this store.they( no longer make the chocolates at this location.) every holiday . Well yesterday Valentine's Day like usual go to get the candy. Always get chocolate covered marshmallows,and white chocolate..not cheapwe'll go to have the White Chocolate.wow so disappointing..we had to bring it back to the store today . My complaint isn't that the white chocolate was horrible and stale! The customer service my husband received was appalling! Well needless to say WE ARE DONE! WONT BE BACK THERE AFTER 30 YEARS.MAYBE they need to start making the candy at this store again!

This location is the greatest! We went midmorning to put together a basket of gifts for Grandma. Amazing selection to choose from. There was a technical issue at the register, but Hoffman's team persevered and made the additional wait worthwhile. Who doesn't mind waiting in the amazing world of chocolate, anyway? Cheers to Christmas ?

A gift order shipped from the Greenacres store arrived with no information as to who sent it. When I spoke with two of their employees, I was treated with a surly and insulting attitude! They kept me on hold for over ten minutes and subsequently complained that it was too much work for them.They refused to connect me with a supervisor and told me they had no headquarters to follow up. I would recommend you avoid this location.

Everything here is amazing, staff and owner are both super friendly. Have been going here for many years highly recommended. Personally love the chocolate covered oreos.

An overpriced chocolate store. The chocolate is no longer made at this location but offsite in Orlando. They closed their on sire factory. The place was dead and its in a bad part of town.

Drunken Foodie

I was almost going to give these guys a big fat zero, but I decided to be generous and give them two stars because, let's be real, they had chocolate. I walked in at 6:25 on December 12, 2023, and let me tell you, I felt like I was invisible. No one bothered to say hello or even acknowledge my presence after I stood at the counter for what felt like an eternity. It seemed like everyone was too busy chatting away on the phone to help out a customer who was clearly ready to spend some cash on a delicious chocolate Santa. Talk about lack of customer service!

For over 40 yr’s., we have ordered chocolates as gifts for our business associates. My dad began the tradition when his bus. was a few blocks north of Hoffman’s on S. Dixie Hwy. My sister and I have continued the tradition. Last Tues., I called to order 10 boxes of choc. (over $400.) I was told I couldn’t order unless I gave the clerk credit card info. on phone. I declined due to rampant fraud. Wed., I drove to the store, ordered and paid for the 10 boxes and asked for comp. varied gift wrapping,to be picked up the next day.I again drove out to the store (20+ min. drive) The order was no where to be found. The Mgr. apologized and promised the order would be delivered to my home Fri., or Sat.Fri. I called to confirm and left message. No call back. Sat., I called again. I was told the order would not be ready until 6:00 PM!! That didn’t work for me. The Mgr. then said 4:00 earliest. The order was finally picked up.Three trips and five phone calls to complete one order!! They were very nicely wrapped but not as I requested.And so the gift of Hoffman’s chocolates for our business associates has sadly come to an end.
