The manger was not on duty and left 2 regular waitresses and two new waitresses. They kept seating the smaller parties. We were 3 adults with 2 kids. Beth our waitress not only bused her own table to seat us but also waited on multiple tables and had to train. The food was cold when served because it sat to long in the window and the portion was smaller than normal. They should have had a manager on duty and that manger should have been helping the wait staff and to move food through the kitchen. Was disappointing to say the least.
