This place is the best. I live nearby and Jerry the manager is freaking awesome. One of the best IHOPs I've been to.
Today we were lucky to get Doris as our server! She did amazing was courteous and friendly! The food was on point today! Definitely recommend the tres leches pancakes :-)
Thanks to the cooks in the back also! Don't know their names but eggs bacon and everything else were perfect! Thanks gentlemen

We frequent this ihop most weekends and noticed a decline in service, food quality and timing. The waitresses are not very attentive, there was an occasion where our food was served with hair in it. They took the dish to the back and then we assumed sent the same dish to us, still with hair. They comp'd the food but that was besides the point. We all sat and waited until the person in our party got there meal, and all of our food became cold after it took 2 times for the staff to send us a plate without hair. We notice theres alot of confusion in the kitchen as well. Simple orders for simple meals seems to be a complex mathmatical equation for these folks. Unfortunately, we have agreed that we will take our business else where. Maybe to the ihop over on lake worth road, but feel the service there will only be worse. Step up IHOP. Youve just lost an entire family that loved to come and eat at your restaurant.

We frequent this IHop. If our experience today was a first visit we would not come back. Our server Adriana was rude and abrupt. It happens to be Ash Wednesday and we came in with ashes on our forehead. She took one look at us and her demeanor became intolerant. Shame on you for hiring someone like that.

Server called the cops on an elderly man who just asked for a coffee from me. I bought him a coffee just for him to be removed for asking another customer. He was outside not bothering anyone. How can people be so inhumane against an old dude who just wanted coffee. He was extremely polite and even apologized for asking and left the property after receiving it. The POS server still called the cops to have home removed and made a big deal out of nothing. Really destroyed the atmosphere. Honestly I don’t think the server Stephanie should be working here at the ihop on forest hill and jog if someone asking for coffee bothers her so much.

I dunno...ahmm...something has changed here; is this the post pandemic normal? If so, then it was ok. I've been here before, pre pandemic, and that was fantastic. And last week was... I'm going to have to return to really give a proper review, to see what's really going on. 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Food was kinda cold. Waitress was really nice but 3 sets of customers were waiting for a hostess to seat us. The first customers were seniors and with their walkers, they went to almost the kitchen to find someone / anyone.
We went to a different IHOP and they had a wait so we came to this one for the first time. Not extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon. Food did take over 10 minutes to come out but everything was good and we received friendly service.
Our wait person snapped at me for asking for straws before she was ready to give them to me. Wow...

On 11/13/2024, I had an unbelievably terrible experience with this IHOP location. I called to place an order at 5:56AM, and a woman answered the phone only to immediately hang up on me. I called back multiple times, only to be completely ignored. This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is beyond unacceptable. How can a business operate like this, especially at a time when customer service should be a priority? I will be contacting corporate to report this outrageous behavior. Avoid this location at all costs!
