Angel, the GM, is the sweetest. I just left from getting two 12-count honey BBQ wings with potato wedges and mashed potatoes. His kindness is why I drive past two other KFCs just to come here, along with the female manager and the other staff. She's brown-skinned, her speed is great, and she's always smiling. I only come here, and trust I eat KFC 3 times a week š lol. I know, right? Angel is the best if he or the young lady were to leave I will go wherever they transfer to!! Thats how putting your customers first means.

I came through drive-through havenāt been to KFC in one year so I was looking at the menu. I had two people back to back rush me. I had reversed the bag to get out of the thing and then I pulled forward and they still told me go back around because we have a timer. How do you rush a person back to back? They canāt even order. I left the place. I didnāt even order no food no nothing I get that thereās a timer, but you need to learn how to speak to a customer. The guy and the girl that came on the intercom were just very nasty. They Do not have good customer skills Iāve worked at the fast food and we donāt talk to customers like that so I had to go to a different KFC down the street where I got better service that mind you they didnāt even have anybody so to be rushed like that was not OK. Do not recommend this place.

I had chicken tenders very good š overpriced but good.
Never again. Iāll take the longer drive during my lunch break to another location. Everything in my Dunk meal was stale and hard to eat. I threw it away and just didnāt eat lunch.

Was told that bucket of chicken with no sides wasn't an option.
I ordered a 4 piece dark meat crispy meal at the drive-thru. Usually, I check my order before I leave the window, but because there were cars behind me, I pulled over to check and It was wrong. It was not all dark meat and there was only one biscuit. When I went back a minute later and waited in line for another 10 minutes, I was told that they were now out of crispy chicken and that he remembered putting 2 biscuits in the box! (I felt accused of STEALING A BISCUIT!) He then asked if I wanted original, I told him no, that's why I ordered crispy. I was given an electronic refund to my debit card that would take 3 days to receive!! By this time, it was too late for me to eat because I had to be at work.
The chicken pieces are so slimy and greasy that the skin falls right off when I simply touch it. No crunchiness to it allā¦..Might as well have eaten chicken soup at this pointā¦..to top it all off after trying to get over it and eat around it, my side of mashed potatoes were freezer coldā¦ā¦ Whoever is in charge of the kitchen on Saturday, January 25th, 8:33 PM, needs to be talked toā¦..if management even cares, which is rare in this industryā¦ā¦.As a new resident of lake worth, I will not be returning to this location.
