I ordered my food online . As soon as I arrived, an employee closed the front door with no indication that only the drive thru was open at that time. I went to the drive-thru and was told to go back to the front of the store. After driving back to the front of the store, the employee told me, "I can't pick up there, I have to go back to the drive thru." IS THIS a JOKE? An they had the WORST attitude. I never in my life received this kind of service

They took my order as soon as I arrived at the speaker. I ordered the Orginal Crispy Sandwich. No Mayo, Xtra pickles, KFC Sauce on the side. Girl in drive thur window was nice, but she was nice. I got my order, and I double-checked the bag. Sandwich was hot, fresh, no Mayo, extra pickles liked I⁷ asked. Just no KFC sauce. Other than that, it was great. Lots of flavor, Price was ok for just a sandwich. Some people complain about prices, but this is average price, like Buds,and or Popeyes.
You get what you pay for. Its not the best, but it will work in a pinch.

How is it possible that I get to enjoy this chicken that I have loved all my life and the person who serves me does not speak Spanish, does not speak English, communication is difficult. Also, it's kind of annoying because we didn't understand each other! I had to make the order almost with signs. Now you have to learn Creole to go to a restaurant in Florida???

Placed order for 2piece combo and 2 chicken sandwiches at 11:20pm. Was told they didn't have any filets for the sandwiches and was ask if I would like them made with tenders or would I be willing to wait 10 min for them to cook filets, I chose to wait. Paid at 11:25 and was told after I paid it would be 15 minutes which means they hadn't even started them.I complained then manager came and told me they were starting them and it takes 12 min .then they asked me to park and drive back around in 15 min. Finally came back around and picked up food at 11:40. So it took 20 min from time I ordered, to me that seems like a long time for a drive thru order.
It is an excellent place where there are various combos and very good service.
