I ordered online and my food was ready when I arrived. The staff was very busy but they acknowledged me when I came in. Felt bad for them because they needed at least one more member to help them. Food was hot and fresh. Very pleased and the staff was great.

Don’t waste your time here. They’ll take your money- not provide you the food tell you to wait, continue cleaning and shutting down at 8:45 when they’re open until midnight, all the waiting and they’ll still not have your food and want you to continue to watch them clean. They’ll refuse your refund in the store and tell you to go online- then the online system will also refuse the refund until they decide if you get a refund for the food you tried to purchase and they’re store wouldn’t produce absolute joke don’t waste your time or money.

I ordered online as I waited to be seated my food came out and the chicken was wrong I order All dark meat I went to let the manager know her name is Olga she proceeded to print out my receipt and told me I ordered mix chicken and that it wasn’t her problem and that if I wanted a refund to call corporate and to see if they cared I was highly upset I was trying to feed my kids after church I will never come to this location ever again!!! 😡😡😡

Every time they do not give the proper order. This is my 3rd time. My order no-281268891 I ordered large side secret res fries and another 1 Ind. Secret rcp fries. Both not inthe order. This location is really bad. Not recommend this location .

I ordered my food online . As soon as I arrived, an employee closed the front door with no indication that only the drive thru was open at that time. I went to the drive-thru and was told to go back to the front of the store. After driving back to the front of the store, the employee told me, "I can't pick up there, I have to go back to the drive thru." IS THIS a JOKE? An they had the WORST attitude. I never in my life received this kind of service
