We have some pleasant and satisfactory lunch stops at this KFC location. This visit we had been on the road for three hours and were feeling hungry for something quick and good.We like to share the five piece Chicken Tenders and the gal on the register mentioned that if we wanted a second side, which we did, (two of their great Cole slaw!), we could save on our combo lunch.Thanks for that tip! As she assembled our order she gave two service trays to share our meal in. Pleasant people and good fried chicken!

For a fast-food restaurant, this place is pretty good. We've been here several times over the years, so I was surprised to see that my old review isn't showing....In any case, we came here after a long day out for a quick fast lunch.We decided to order one of their chicken fingers meals and added another side to already one side included. It also comes with a drink.It wasn't busy when we stopped by. Only one other table was occupied, although a few folks came in for takeout orders.The meal was ready pdq. Just what we needed. We were able to get two different dipping sauces -- I like honey mustard; he got a ranch one. The tenders were oversized, all white meat and cooked perfectly; the biscuit was fluffy. The coleslaw is sweet -- one of my faves. The only thing I'm not really a fan of is their mashed potatoes as they taste a bit "fake" and were a tad watery this time. So, I let him have all of my mashed potatoes and I had some more of the coleslaw.Their food is priced well for the quantity and quality. I'm sure we would stop here again when nearby.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize two fantastic team members at the jog/forest hill location. I pulled up 6 minutes to midnight, knowing they were closing and hating myself as any fast food worker would. I ordered Mac n cheese and they got it hot and ready in about 6 seconds and were SO polite and friendly. They already had everything broken down, cleaned, lights were off, and they still served me. They were really DOING THEIR JOB! Fantastic! Those 2 ladies were getting it DONE! And with a polite and happy demeanor? At almost midnight on a Wednesday?! Give them girls a raise! Their names were Isamara and Dachemine. I even went to Wendy's for a roommate's order and they still had an hour before closing and treated me like trash. I drove back over to the KFC to make them write their names down because they were so wonderful. Seriously - they need promotions or raises!

Received the wrong sides, wrong type of chicken, tasted old, not one napkin and missing my biscuits for both meals. Women in the drive through are very rude and the attitude of the manager is very unbecoming of someone in her position. 0/10
