The worst Esquite I have ever eaten in my life, they are in an area where 99% are Latin and the spiciest thing they have is tajin...and the corn grain for the Esquite was totally cold, it tasted really bad, I don't recommend it to anyone

All the ice cream flavors we ordered were DELICIOUS! TERRIBLY BAD service! The girl who attended did not want to be there and made us feel that she was angry that we were there. I ordered a waffle and he told me that it would take between 20 and 25 minutes, I think with the intention of changing my order for something that was already ready, (finally it took approximately 10 minutes). The billing receipt was confusing and I asked it to explain what I was being charged for. Which irritated her the most. He began to point out with a pencil the products that had been ordered and that they clearly MATCHED the description. I asked him to tell me what the additional charges for the waffle were. Sunday. And he told me that this is how they charged it, that everything the product came with was separate but he couldn't explain what it was, that is, I ordered a Sunday waffle that comes with ice cream, fruit and wiped cream (As a description of the product) but the fruit, the Ice cream and “Miguelito” (which I still don't know what it is) charge separately. After reviewing the invoice, she realized that there was an overcharge for two products, to which she told me to take something worth 4 dollars so that it would be fine. I didn't want anything more and asked for a refund on my card. Very angry and with a bad attitude, she gave me the refund in cash because her system did not refund the card. Definitely a place NOT to recommend.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and would recommend it to people because I am a huge fan of the “chorriada” (esquite nachos) they would always make it the same , never had an issue staff is friendly and I’d go regularly but recently there’s been a new lady , light skin tone ,she’s been there for a few weeks now and the way she prepares things is not the same as how the owner and other young ladies who’ve attended me before make it , she makes it the right way sometimes but most of the time she misses ingredients, I mean , I’m sure if I ask her to add the missing ingredients, she will probably add it but I notice she also charges me extra by putting “stuff on the side “ which is like $1.75 twice which is like $3 aside from the chorriada that is $4 and some cents , maybe the computer system is not right with the prices and she’s told to charge that way I don’t know , I don’t care for paying any amount as long as it’s done right you know. She has a baby in the working area playing with utensils and whatever the baby can get its hands on , which i don’t think is safe and maybe that’s why she be rushing on the orders . I showed pictures of how they’ve done it before and how this new lady did it .
