Rude service. Driver didn't speak English and gave my oder to the wrong address. Called Little Caesars back only to make it seem like it was my fault and didn't try to contact the driver or try to issue a refund or the chance to have another pizza in place of the one given to the wrong address.

The sense of entitlement nowadays is unbelievable. Thanks for my raw pizza. Was it because I didn't tip on my PICKUP order? Little caesars pays you to make the food, nowhere on there should you also be receiving a tip. This is not a tipable service. You didn't wait on me, you didn't deliver my food. You made my food and you did an extremely poor job at it.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a pizza last night 7/25/25, for me and my family. Asked for it to be well done. It arrived completely raw. I called to tell them this and the kid that answered the phone said that I'd have call Uber eats and get a refund. Uber eats didn't make my pizza they did. Why should I have to do anything aside from telling them my issue and they fix it period. I drove 15min with raw pizza in hand and showed the kid who hung up on me who then and only then agreed to make me another one. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m really disappointed with my order today. The pizza I received was undercooked in some areas, burnt in others, and very dry overall. It doesn’t look or taste fresh at all. This is not the quality I expect when ordering from here. I hope management sees this and works on improving consistency and quality because this experience was very frustrating.

Excited to try the new pretzel stuffed crust pizza. Pretty disappointing to get home and see apparently they were out of the item and rather than let me know just over salted a regular crust and threw it in a box. This one really rubs me the wrong way.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza on the website for pickup today. I arrived early and it was just coming out of the oven. It was perfectly hot, the cheese was crispy and bubbly. I was very impressed for the price.
