Yesterday I was there last night and everything was a terrible service, the girls who are only smiling and when they place the order they do not focus on what they ask for, they bring something else to you so more responsibility, formality, they are very flirtatious with the husbands, they are personal not respectful. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since I came to the United States 15 years ago. The food is exquisite and the atmosphere is very cozy and familiar. I really appreciate your great contribution to the Catracha culture in our community.
If I may have a constructive suggestion, I think there is an opportunity to improve waitress service. I have noticed that the customer service at the Gun Club location is outstanding, and it would be great to see that same level of service at all locations.
