This the best pizza I’ve ever had I had all others but Marcos is so much better tasting high quality I’m never disappointed with them

I don’t eat out much these days, but I’ll tell you what—Marco’s has become a bit of a tradition for me and the grandkids. They’re always asking, “Grandpa, can we get Marco’s?” and I can’t say no. Yesterday I ordered a couple of pizzas and they were just right. Today I went back for more, and somehow it tasted even better. The folks working there treat me kindly—patient, respectful, and they don’t rush me while I decide. That kind of service means a lot at my age. Marco’s has truly earned my loyalty.

I always order pizza from this restaurant, and every time I ask to speak with the manager, he is so kind and respectful. My orders always arrive before the expected delivery time, and the pizza is absolutely delicious. This place truly has my heart. Thank you so much to the entire Marco’s Pizza team!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I felt I had to share my recent experience here. We ordered a salad and a barbacoa pizza. The salad was fine—fresh and normal. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing.
It took over 30 minutes just to get our pizza, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. When it finally arrived, it didn’t even look like a pizza. The dough was extremely soft—you couldn’t even hold a slice with your hand because it would just collapse. The flavor wasn’t good either, and it felt like something was missing.
When I asked the waiter if this was normal, he said yes. I asked again, and he offered to call the owner. The owner/boss came to our table and told us that this was a “pizza contemporánea” and that pizzas in Italy are like this. Then he simply walked away without offering any kind of apology, explanation, or solution.
The whole situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. Slow service, disappointing food, and staff who didn’t seem to care about customer feedback. I won’t be returning.

My boyfriend and I ordered a large cheese pizza, when we went to pick it up, they asked for his order in name and told us it would take another 5 minutes. When they gave us our pizza, we checked it after paying and the order was completely wrong. Not only did the receptionist give us attitude but they couldn't refund the order and made us pay for both Pizzas, with ours being $12 and the wrong Pizza was $21. And we looked at the receipt of our pizza and the name was completely off from what he gave them. This could have been a lot more simple if they just paid attention instead of messing around with their airpods on.
Not only was the service terrible, but the food was just as bad. We ordered a simple large cheese pizza but all we got was cheese. There was almost no sauce whatsoever and it was terrible. We paid the price of both Pizzas for grease with a side of cheesy bread and we'll probably never be ordering from here again

Over 2 months ago we had a little bit of a problem with my salad. Pizza was always excellent. I spoke with a manager on duty tonight. I have to give us five star rating for the staff especially at the manager on duty. He had made sure our order was 100% correct on when beyond of being helpful!

This place used to make the best pizza around. This is no longer the case. The last 2 times I ordered, the pizza quality has declined greatly. They used to load up the toppings on the Ultimate Magnifico pizza. Now the toppings are sparse and the employees seem like they just don't give a damn. Now I just order Papa Johns.

This was the third or fourth time I ordered from Marcos really bragged about it to my friend and it was the worst pizza I've ever had I was so disappointed especially after praising it, so I won't be ordering from them again. I got a pizza and a garden salad, the pizza tasted old even though it wasn't and the salad tasted like it had been in the refrigerator for quite some time.
