The Greenacres Marco's Pizza sucks. I have been having problems with them the last 5 times. Not ordering from them anymore. Today problem was I ordered online and the tracking kept saying on their way for 1 hour. I called them and they kept putting me on hold so I had to ask for manager. The manager kept on putting me on hold, too. After an hour I finally got my pizza, was kind of cold. The driver was high and I could smell marijuana strong on him. Never order from them again. I score a two because Marco's pizza is good but the service is bad at Greenacres, FL. They used to be great on both the service and food.

Worst app in the history if humanity. Most aggravation I have had in years. Doesn't accept coupons and tries to cheat you by not applying listed sales. Store leaves you on infinite hold when you ask for help. Never again! It's too bad, because the pizza is decent. Back to frozen for me!
I recently ordered a pizza from this Marco's store. There was a problem and I called the store to share my experience. I got a callback from the general manager who apologized for the issue and promptly provided a solution. My opinion of this store and their product has now changed. They took responsibility and created a viable solution. I will be coming back to the Marco's on Military Trail in Greenacres FL.

Ordered delivery. They sent a pepperoni instead of an extra cheese (the kids won't eat anything else). When we called to ask them to correct the order, she told us we HAD TO RETURN THE PEPPERONI PIZZA. If anyone gets a cold pepperoni pizza tonight, we promise we didn't spit on it, but still, gross. Hopefully she's just being spiteful and doesn't want anyone to capitalize on their mistakes

Five stars isn’t enough, this Marco’s Lake Worth/Greenacres is without a doubt the BEST location. It’s more than just the fantastically crafted pies they produce but their customer service is UNMATCHED. I mainly visit at night, the evening shift has always been pleasant but please put RAVEN’S picture on the wall, she is hands down “Employee of the Month”.I had a terrible experience with the Palm Beach Lakes Location tonight and Raven immediately offered to assist me at this store. Even though the error was never for her store it mattered to her how my experience ended tonight. Raven displayed a premium level of customer care and service. Her and the team restored human compassion and kindness, a few qualities that has seem scarce these days.THANK YOU RAVEN! Thank you always Marco’s Lake Worth/Greenacres for being the community’s favorite.
