I've been coming to this McD at 6000 Lake Worth Rd for years. They employ a lot of people. I've seen the franchise owner here, sitting at a table, meeting with the staff. They seem to treat people well. Just like any restaurant, sometimes they get slammed with customers. Drive thru, inside, online orders, Doordash. Since they are open 24 hours (drive thru), expect a line if you show up at 11 pm on Friday night. But overall, they seem to handle everything relatively well. I'm posting the manager's info in the pic.

This location has the worst service ever. I do not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. The customer service is terrible, the staff is unprofessional, and the overall experience is just bad every single time. Orders are wrong, the wait is ridiculous, and nobody seems to care about helping customers.
I honestly don’t understand how this place is still operating with service this poor. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else. This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

When I ordered specifically no bacon they added EXTRA bacon, NOT ONLY ONCE, BUT TWICE, ON TWO DIFFERENT BURGER ORDERS THAT BOTH SAID NO BACON, I did it through door dash and it's on the order they taped to the box so clearly they knew it said no bacon and still put bacon on it. When I tried to call for a refund their phone number wasn't returning calls, not only that but the fries were cold and not salty despite me asking for extra salt, and they didn't give me a straw for my drink, don't order from this McDonald's, there are better ones in the area

Possibly the worst McDonald’s location to exist. Definitely the worst in all of Palm Beach County. 20 minute wait minimum no matter how slow the business is. Food, always wrong. Somehow double cheeseburgers ordered magically become chicken nuggets. Staff attitude, always terrible. You are a bother to them by coming in to the place they work, and they are not afraid to let you know through the attitude and body language.
BE AWARE The skinny, white lady with brown hair in drive thru , is rude, arrogant/ no manners/ no respect, trying to humiliate, that type of attitude should be representing the store. Cero stars”

Ordered 2 frappes and In drinks were ice chunks still inside. This is not the first time this has happened with one of the smoothie type drinks, I order the last time which was a week ago and when I had ordered a mango smoothie it also had ice still in it but not as bad as today I tried some of my brothers and he’s was the same way.

There is definitely a comedian in there packing to go orders and the delivery orders because to leave no condiments no syrup with a big breakfasts and hot cakes and another set of hot cakes with a hash brown is insane
