This girl not only gave us all the wrong food (wasn’t fresh AT ALL), even with the receipt she tried to short us $15. I know times are hard, but she was better off asking than stealing! This is the last time I'll be going to Miami grill charging extra $4 dollars for one extra patty just the burger by itself is 6.29 to me that's crazy any other burger places at the most is $2 dollar Denny's is $3 dollar but it's a big burger patty and taste way better

The most terrible fast food ever. I ordered fish sandwich, Nathan's fries and a sprite. Fish sandwich was bland, not crispy at all and drowned in tartar sauce. Fries were not the Nathan's fries, I hate Miami Grills fries and that's exactly what I received. The sprite did not taste like sprite at all. There was no flavoring and I basically had carbonated tap water. We spent over $45 for this garbage. My entire meal was ruined.

I went through the drive thru at about 11:40 pm and ordered 10 wings. The team member seemed annoyed when taking my order but I didn't think much of it because it was getting late. While eating my food I noticed some pink in the chicken and threw up as soon as I finished my meal. I haven't been sick and I've been fine ever since which leads me to believe the chicken was rushed and not properly prepared. Theres no telling what they did to my food. I normally love Miami Grill but may not go back to this location for awhile.

All the fried food was overcooked and burnt. The tomato was cut in very thick slices. The salad was packaged in the same container as the hot food which made the cheese on the salad melt and the lettuce starts to wilt. would never recommend this to anyone

Came in for the Gyro special. The meat was heated up very well and was yummy. But they didn't put any tzatziki sauce on it which was disappointing. The place was very clean.

Cockroach in the food ? So I went there for dinner and I ordered a burger and cheesteak. When I got the food there was a cockroach in the burger ruined my appetite wish I took a picture but my dad said no. NEVER

I am very upset cuz I go here once a week and I just ordered doordash a turkey sub to be exact with no pickles and no tomatoes and I ordered banana peppers on it there was no banana peppers there was no mayonnaise all it had was turkey and cheese I'm very upset because this is not what I ordered but all around it is a good place to eat at I always order the Italian sub it is always so good I also order the hamburgers that is really good but I'm upset that there is literally nothing on my sub
