I ordered from them on Grubhub and live really nearby to their location. After calling the restaurant and waiting outside my front door for their delivery driver for over 40 minutes past their delivery estimate I got a refund from grubhub.
Then NYPD pizza called me and angrily told me they saw we canceled the order, and that we aren’t welcome to order from them again and that they already got their money from grubhub.
That’s fine I won’t order from a place that isn’t even going to bring me my food and try to take my money anyways. Horrible service, and makes it worse that they called me to retaliate. Do not do business with these people if you want to be treated well.

I ordered a full pan and a half of penne alla vodka with chicken and garlic rolls, for a family celebration. I went in during the week to discuss amounts and prices. They were so helpful and worked with me every step of the way. Saturday came and everyone loved the food! The chicken was tender and the pasta perfectly cooked and very tasty. There was plenty if food and e drying was happy. Thank you for such quality food and great customer service. You will definitely see me again!!!

The pizza is top notch! The staff… incredible! Tara (sometimes Benny) is so efficient on the phone and it’s easy to order! They remember my voice and ask if it’s the usual! Which it is always a meat lovers with extra cheese and extra sauce. Benny and Ryan make the best pizzas! I highly recommend

THIS is the best pizza I came across in the state of Florida. It will remind you of a New York pizza. They have excellent customer service I recommend everyone give these guys a try. Remember the name NYPD pizza and pasta.

The guy I spoke with was completely rude(Location I called is in greenacres @8:30-8-40pm). I understand there used to be an employee that worked there that went above and beyond and delivered to my apt 2-3 times. And I can understand he doesn’t work there anymore(which sucks for NYPD). But the guy on the phone didn’t need to be rude and cut me off. Kept cutting me off saying “we don’t deliver to Wellington, we don’t deliver to Wellington” Instead of saying “I do apologize, that employee is no longer with us, we unfortunately don’t deliver to Wellington, but if you’re close, I can place an order for pick up or mobile app order for delivery for distance.” I did not get such words nor behavior. Will follow up with their customer service complaints. In the end, they lost a 5 year customer with ALL NYPD locations.

First time ordering from here, from a friends recommendation. We got a House Special Sicilian. Crust was a little overcooked, compared to places I normally go to, so a lot of chewing. Most of the vegetables on top of the pizza were undercooked, and the ones on the edge were slightly cooked. I was surprised that the pizza was 16x12. All the local places I normally visit are 16x16. Their site only says 16" when ordering a Scilian, and Scilians could be square or rectangular, but a customer would assume it would be square 16x16 because their picture on Google Reviews shows a square one which looks amazing. All in all, it wasn't too bad. It's definitely a place worth stopping by if you're on the go or grabbing a slice, but for the price I paid, I'll probably stick to a place I know. I will definitely order again from here since this was just my first time, but maybe I'll try a regular pizza. When I do, I'll update my review accordingly.
