Paella Grill Catering

We purchased a paella catering for up to 20 people from a nonprofit in Stuart for our son’s rehearsal dinner. I contacted them over a month prior to our event. All of my correspondence with them as well as the nonprofit’s correspondence (I had to have them contact as well) all had the date of Jan 23. The day prior to the event I confirmed everything and they responded with “See you tomorrow “. The night the event I’m getting multiple calls that the catering chef and team had not shown up. You can imagine how stressed I was! I had 35 people coming to an event with no food! When they finally responded (by text as they’re not good at answering the phone) they basically said it was my fault for not looking g at the invoice they sent me the day before. It did have the wrong date which I will take the blame for not catching but when I confirmed the day prior their response was “See you tomorrow “. I thought we were good. Thankfully Duffy’s Sports Grill in downtown Stuart saved the day. They prepared lots of food at minutes notice. So very grateful for Duffy’s. So I will end with this - if they would’ve owned up to making a mistake I wouldn’t even be writing this review but they placed the blame all in me and even tried to blame the nonprofit. If they really didn’t want to show up for an event that they had donated their services then don’t donated in the first place. In the end I was happy to help the nonprofit but will not be booking with them again.

I ordered seafood paella and of my group three from Colombia and myself no one liked the paella. Bland no spice or flavor at all, the entire dish was dry the white fish on top was tasteless and dry, few vegetables, I could count the number of peas in our order for five. No tomatoes in any form. I could have ordered shrimp fried rice from a Chinese restaurant and it would have been better. Salads and rolls were good. We all were disappointed and surprised as most reviews were good.

why are you guys on doordash if you cancel the order every single time? and it takes 20 minutes before you cancel the order. remove your service from doordash and stop wasting people's time.

We hired Paella Grill to come out for a family gathering. Customer service was excellent. Fabian cooked us an absolutely delicious Paella Valenciana. Such a fun experience, would do it again in a heartbeat!

I can’t say enough about Chef Luis and Paella Grill. From the first communication to the last bite of food they were so attentive and courteous. Everyone at the bridal shower loved the food and loved watching the chef prepare the paellas. Luis was punctual, polite and professional. I highly recommend Paella Grill!

great option when you want the caters to cook at your place

Used PG for my husbands outdoor socially distanced 40th birthday last night. The paella marinera and turf paella were both excellent. We will be recommending them to family and friends for future outdoor events, as well as using them in the future ourselves. PG-thank you for your professionalism and amazing food!

Love this Paella so much, it's our Go-to whenever we have people over, I recommend the Paella Valenciana with Lobster .
