Ordered a pie with extra sauce, and the 3 cheese blend, and well done. The cook was either incompetent, or malicious and sardonic, because the zaa was not well done, didnt have the 3 cheese blend, and had less than a normal amount of sauce. The directions were clear and it doesnt take a genius to do it right. Im incredibly dissapointed with this locations performance. Have the team do better or tell them to kick rocks.

We waited two hours for a supposed 45-minute turnaround. Eventually had to call to cancel the delivery & to pick it up. Gentleman at the counter got short with me when I picked up the order for my FATHER & didn’t even reach across the counter to hand me the now-cold food. Come on!!!

What i got was a bacon pizza with light sauce? The food tasted fine but definitely wasn't what I ordered at all. 👎

Horrible customer service. Manager girl had an attitude problem on the phone when i called to tell them they dropped off the wrong order. Made no effort to make it right other than waiting another hour for them to remake it. When i told her i wanted a refund she said i had to bring it in what was dropped off. Stay away. Order from another place.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter-cost $50 with driver tip and this is the “extra cheese” pizza they sent. They also didn’t send the 4 cheese sauces we paid for. The driver was nice -this wasn’t his fault. Papa John’s is losing me as a customer after this; it’s not the first time they’ve sent an unsatisfactory pizza (this happened a few times in the past too) but it’s the last time I’ll be ordering from them.

An absolute waste of your time, the employees are snappy little liars and they all should be fired. Don't tell me my pizza is in the oven when I'm sitting there for 30 minutes watching you make the pizza. 1/3 employees had a excruciatingly annoying voice, screaming for no reason. Save yourself the time and just go ANYWHERE else.

A lot of pizza comes to this house, but it won't be from Papa John's anymore. Inconsistent at best. The cheese sticks, they only put cheese in the middle... don't bother ordering the new cheddar, they just send the original. Hardly ever well done or extra sauce as requested. Running out of dipping sauces and sending the driver out with empty promises for the next order. Or just not including sauces. Wings? Gross. Boneless wings? Even worse. Farming out orders to Doordash, increasing wait time and lowering the quality of the food. Not following delivery instructions. And now cancelling my order for some unknown reason. What a stain on the brand name.
