This week was actually the first time I ever had Pizza Hut and all of my 25 years on this planet. I can honestly say there is something about their pepperonis that have me hooked. Highly recommend my server was amazing.

I ordered a two pizzas And spent $36 including delivery. I have been a huge fan of pizza hut for so long but the pizzas were awful. The pizzas were dry and the cheese was hard. The pepperonis were so hard as well. We took 2 slices and didn’t eat anymore of it. The pizza was super thin and just terrible. I am so upset.

The store supervisor Lindsey is a horrible employee and human being. The way I witnessed her treat the customer was disgusting. She spoke to the people with such attitude. Very disappointed in pizza but to have such employee work for their company.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this Pizza Hut location. The manager on duty was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was completely unacceptable, and it’s clear she lacks basic customer service skills. Instead of helping resolve an issue, she was dismissive, confrontational, and made the entire experience unpleasant.
A manager should set the tone for the rest of the staff, but in this case, she made things worse. It’s disappointing to see someone in a leadership role treating customers so poorly. I hope upper management takes this seriously and addresses it, because this kind of behavior drives loyal customers away.

Horrible customer service!!!! The lady was so rude and lack any kind of customer service. I made an order at 4:05 and it stated it would be ready at 4:30. I was still standing there waiting at 4:50. The door dash guy was also waiting for 20 minutes. She didn’t even acknowledge him. And when I tried to get her to see if his order was ready she started yelling. Honestly. This place needs to be reviewed. She even talking down to the worker in the back. I wish I got her name. Part of my order was ready and they didn’t start 1 of my item. By the time I received my food it was cold.
I am from Doordash, I went to pick up an order and the service he gives to customers is very special, it even makes me think that it is a bit of a racist, terrible place. That person treats people very badly, is ill-mannered and terrible to attend.

I visited this location this morning just to walk in and be instantly disrespected. Didn’t even get a chance to properly greet the individual inside. Got an instant “What do you want.” I was taken aback because I wasn’t even inside 5 seconds before being acknowledged in such a disrespectful tone. Then my husband proceeds to tell the worker upfront we would like the $9.99 pizza posted on the window and he states,” Yeah, we sell Pizza with the most condescending tone.” I instantly had to tell me husband we will not order anything from this location. Luckily I never got his name this would definitely be a corporate complaint for sure. Hopefully someone else who visits this location has a better experience than we did.

I ordered my pizza on line at the greenacres, Florida location. When I got to the store to pick it up I was told that I ordered just cheese no pepperoni. The team member Lindsey was so sweet, she offered to remake it for me. This is the third time I've ordered from this location and it's always great. Thanks for being awesome Lindsey!!
