Worst customer service, the front desk was very rude. Eventually we walked away, can’t bear these type of attitude people anymore. Customer service should be a priority in any restaurant, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location again, and I hope Pizza Hut takes action to train their staff properly.

They just lost some customers since my whole family and I always ordered their pizza, but from this point on they lost customers

I would not recommend this location. Earlier today around 1pm I called to place a pickup order. The lady that answered the phone was very disrespectful. I asked her politely if I can order small cheese pizza and her response was “this is Pizza Hut, is it for delivery or pickup” so I replied again asking politely for a cheese pizza. She responded the same way like the first time. “this is Pizza Hut, is it for delivery or pickup” i possibly thought she didn’t hear me so I repeated myself again and she gave me the same response “this is Pizza Hut is it for delivery or pickup” I apologize if I was supposed to say delivery or pickup first… As for myself who has been working in the food industry for 5 years I could tell her intentions weren’t nice, nor was her responses nice because she had so much attitude. I have not once wrote a review, but the rudeness was unsettling. Unfortunately I know this isn’t going to do anything or have any punishment on the person who I talked to on the phone but I’ll save other people the frustration from calling here.

The person who runs this place today June 18. He is a rude person, poorly educated and, above all, discriminates against Latinos. He says that everyone must speak English and that he is not obliged to know how to understand or speak it. He doesn't know how to communicate with clients, he is unfriendly.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut, specifically with the service provided by one of the staff members, white big lady. Despite my polite and friendly demeanor, she was consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed put off by my question. When I was confused, she gave me an attitude making me feel like an inconvenience. The lack of professionalism and poor attitude made my experience at Pizza Hut unpleasant. I hope the management takes necessary steps to address this issue and provide better training to their staff.

Walked in placed order. Got my pizza home, which was the thin & crispy crust, added some more of my own toppings which went to waste, took a bite and flipped it over to reveal a RAW, UNCOOKED CRUST. I called the store they made me a new one, even reimbursed my money, and honestly, it was no better than the disastrous 1st one. Had no flavor, was not crispy at all. Just so disappointed. It had been many years since I had a pizza hut pizza. I can assure you, after this experience, it'll be a lot longer . I will never go back to pizza hut again
