Twice now I’ve bought whole chickens and they’ve been undercooked. The worst part is, you don’t realize it until you’ve already reached your destination. Then you have to drive all the way back just to get it replaced, meanwhile, the rest of your food goes cold.

The first time, they replaced the chicken without any issue. But this past Sunday, I drove back again, opened the chicken in front of the manager, and showed her the bloody, raw meat and rubbery skin. She gave me attitude and tried to replace it with a 1/4-piece. I was like, absolutely not. This was a whole chicken, mind you.

After going back and forth, she finally gave me an additional 1/4 piece. So now I’m left with only half a chicken. On top of that, they forgot my additional sides. When I mentioned it, she looked at me like I was making it up.

The sauces? Always leaking, barely filled. They seriously need to bring back the sauce bar, but honestly, I won’t be returning. I’ll go to La Granja or La Brasa instead. Good riddance.

This location is a hit or miss with the customer service. Sometimes I get some of the most attentive and friendliest cashier's. Other times I get some that you can tell hate their job and are just incompetent. I can say whoever the cooks are always consistently do a great job the food is always on point. Maybe try having some of the hard working friendly ones train the other staff or promote them.

Cold yucca bites and this is the second time they’ve given me 4 instead of 5. I’m tired of giving this restaurant “another chance.” And while your store probably strives for “excellence,” your staff doesn’t.

Went to this place last night ordered two small things of coconut shrimp just the shrimp was told to pull around front and they would bring it out waited 30 mins then was given a attitude by the night manager she acted as if she didn't want to help me once they finally found my food it had been sitting by the register the whole time and now was cold so I asked for a refund and even then got attitude no apology for my inconvenience or wasted time just all around terrible service

Poor Customer Service and Disorganization

I went to pick up an order at this restaurant, and the experience was terrible. When I arrived, no one bothered to assist me, even though I greeted them and tried to communicate with the employees. They completely ignored me while continuing with other tasks, without even asking if I needed anything.

I waited more than 15 minutes until, frustrated, I had to raise my voice to get their attention. Only then did they hand me my order, which had been ready for over 30 minutes since I had ordered it in advance through the app.

It is unacceptable for the staff to treat customers this way when they are simply picking up their food. They definitely need to improve their customer service and organization. I would not recommend this place if you expect a quick and efficient experience.
