We’ve been coming here as long as we can remember.

For the past few years (again couldn’t tell you how many) we’ve always said “it’s not like it used to be tbh”

Today, not only was everything hitting the right notes, it took less than 60 seconds to get it out.

I love Pollo Tropical! I go twice a week to this location and can say that the food is always delicious and the staff very friendly. Every time I go, usually it’s Cielo who takes my order. Everyone is incredible but she personally is very patient and nice. I love the beans and the grilled chicken is always a 10/10. Definitely recommend Pollo!!

Pretty solid place to grab a bite. The grilled chicken is delicious, and the sides are decent. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but it’s usually worth it. The food has a fresh taste, and the variety of sauces is a nice touch, too. Not perfect, but definitely worth a try if you’re in the mood for something different!
