Delicious food and pastries, Carolina the owner has such an amazing energy that makes you feel comfortable and at home. Service 10/10, atmosphere 10/10 and food 10/10. I love the vigilantes they are my favorite.
Stopped by and ordered 2 breakfast croissants and some empanadas. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed them, they were fresh made and delicious. The service was excellent and quick. It’s a great local spot within the neighborhood area that deserves attention for the consistency and quality they bring. Will definitely return

I swung by Polo Chef Bakery in Greenacres this morning around 7:30 a.m., looking for something quick to grab on my way to work. The shopping plaza was still half-asleep, so parking was a total non-issue — I pulled right up to the door with tons of empty spots. Walking in, the place felt bright, spotlessly clean, and pleasantly quiet (just the low hum of the display coolers and the faint smell of fresh-baked dough in the air).
