Placed mobile order while I was there ....put the stall number I was at showed they were making my food then disappeared...waited total 45 minutes to get 2 slushies and 2 burgers...I only got it because I tracked an employee down which then got lost again and almost gave my order to the wrong car ...need more staff and more competent employees

They advertise a big sandwich and when I check in the bag, it’s a small sandwich the size of a 4 year olds fist. Also I asked for 2 large shakes n got a medium and a large. The guy who brought our food lied n said it was a large and an extra large. Then the lady came out n said it was a medium and large n that’s wht i had paid for. The small sandwich was awful tasting n very plain i dont know why i paid so much for it.

Took forever to take our order. Then took forever to come out. We were one of three cars they were not super busy. Then the food came and we were all so excited to try Sonic. The chicken sandwiches were hard as rocks and had no mayonnaise on it. We asked for extra mayo and none was put in the bag. The tator tots were hot but the salt contents was too much to bare. We tried our sprites and they were flat. Bad food all around! We threw all the food in the trash after one bite and headed to another spot to eat.

As a door dasher I think it is silly that we have to park our car at the stalls and then get out in the tiny space to come wait at the door. You guys make more money from doordash orders because the online fee is higher for menu items. It makes no sense that we are treated differently. We already have to wait forever for the food because it is never ready when we arrive.

I thought everything was ok..the only thing was the hamburger seemed to have alot mayo and no lettas and I got the strawberry drink it needed to be blended more the chunks kept clogging up the straw. Next time I'll get the lime drink my friend got it was

Just the most god-awful place to order from. I really don't know how they stay in business. The service is weak, the kitchen can't deliver an order anywhere close to on time and the management is non-existent. Sonic ought to be embarrassed by how this location impacts their brand. But they don't really seem to mind. The same lousy experience continues for consumers order after order. When a store is run this poorly and management doesn't seem to care, it says so much about how little they value their customers.
