Ordered through the subway app, entire order was wrong and I can’t get a refund.

I ordered my food by DoorDash app and when I came to pickup she said they closed and one of my item runout and she doesn’t know even refused the order that ask me to cancel!!!

The employee did not show empathy with his work and customers. He was even rude when my wife asked for the bathroom keys. Also, the ladies room looks like a warehouse and not a public ladies room.

Lastly, it lacked some products advertised on the menu.

But the worst was the employee.

I had a bad time in this place, the girl who was with the guy who was serving me started to make fun of me because I didn't understand what the guy said, asking me what kind of meat if I ordered a steak sandwich, the #1 Steak and Cheese. And the girl started to make fun of me in my face. What bad service they are the worst! They should be more empathetic with the customers and not at all because the guy spoke Spanish.

Could not stay, looks like mold all over the holding unit and the hinges that hold the glass covers over the food. Turned me off before I could even order. The staff was friendly though!

Horrible horrible horrible!! Short staff always, they rather do online orders than take care of the in person customers.. take for ever.. took me my lunch break to order food. Dont go hear. Plus you cant see the food

So.. when you go online to look at pricing on their menu, bit you get there and pay an average of $2 more per item.. disappointing to say the least. Not sure if they charged me for the full meals on accident, but not good. Will not be returning. Subway has changed to much, and not in a good way.

Not what it used to be i remember the good oleSubway days. This store will have fresh veggies early morning but good luck finding green lettuce after 1pm. Not worth the price for quality and teste.
