This is one of the best locations of Subway I’ve ever been to. Samia served us so so well. As a vegetarian, we usually aren’t served that well when it comes to adding proper veggies in our subs. But she’s done an exceptional job, was super considering, very polite and respectful. Best place for sure. Thank you Samia😇, we’re grateful✨

I had a very troubling experience at this Subway location involving an elderly employee. After placing a simple order and paying with my card, I later discovered that a tip had been added without my consent. I never authorized a tip, nor was I given the option to add one. When I confronted the employee, she claimed she had voided the transaction, but my bank clearly showed the charge had gone through, including the unauthorized tip. At that point, I felt I had no choice but to call the police, as what happened was clearly wrong.Even with authorities involved, the employee lied about voiding the payment, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This kind of dishonest behavior is completely unacceptable.I hope corporate and local management take this seriously and ensure stricter oversight of transactions. Customers should never have to deal with this kind of situation.
I won’t be returning to this location.

This review pertains to the Subway which is next door to Carvel, NOT the one inside Walmart. I have stopped here many times and the lady who has assisted me each time has never been anything but extremely kind and helpful. The food has always been fine and compares favorably with all other Subway locations I have experienced across the country and in Europe. In my experience, the employee I am referring to surpasses all others in both competence and demeanor. I have, however, witnessed other customers being very unkind to this lady, who clearly has a difficult job and, despite the stress, does it well.

When the girls who are in the place are working, the service is good but the lady who works in that place, the most adult, is very unpleasant, she doesn't make me want to go back there and she discriminates against people who don't speak perfect English like her. The truth is, I'm already feberia. being at home resting because of that I no longer have the desire to serve the entire public in the same way despite the fact that it is a store that is always very empty. A horrible experience every time she is around with your negative energy.
The older lady is awesome. Worth coming to.
