Today I ordered on the app and they toke a long time talking to each other instead of doing some orders never again and they forgot my mild sauce that I asked for the lady seem to be confused when I asked her for my sauce

Trucker Life

First off, second visit and the lobby doors were locked before closing. I only got in because of another customer managed to get in. When I looked in the windows, manager just looked at me and waved me off. While waiting, the manager was yelling and cursing about helping resolve an issue with another customer.. Finally, I didn't get my order. I order two soft tacos with meet and cheese only, a long with two chillie burritos. Only got four soft tacos with meet and cheese. Given I live in south Florida, I now have no reason to ever return to Taco Bell, regardless the location. I suggest anyone reading this do the same. Mom and Pops stores are better with same or better pricing.

I ordered chicken and was charged for it and when I got home it was beef. Even though I asked at the cashiers window to double check it was chicken

They let 3 seperate homeless people sit in the dining room, none of them were eating, but loitering and felt unsafe. Food was also skimpy on the meat & we paid for extra meat.

The inside is very clean, remodeled and nice. They have taken away the cashier option. You order on the kiosk or on your mobile app. If you have cash when you pay on the kiosk select pay with cash and they will send someone to take your payment. This is a nice option for some of us who still like to use cash.

Overall, the service was quick and enjoyable.

The Digital Trap

What happened to quality? Ordered a steak burrito…. 4 tiny pieces of steak and loaded with beans , tomatoes, lettuce etc etc… obviously disgusting!!!

Not as good as it used to be. The renovations to the restaurant (from over a year or two ago) look great. I'm also glad that they stay open pretty late compared to other Taco Bells in the area. Problem though with this one (and several others) is that they don't complete the job.

More specifically, you or they will ask you for a sauce at the drive through or in person at the window and when you take your bag and leave you realize they once again gave you no sauce. Hopefully this doesn't happen to those who pay extra for the special sauce.

Teller said I ordered twice, I had and apologized. He told me he could not cancel it. The app did not allow me to. I apologized and asked for both orders (i paid for it, I might as well take them home) He only gave me one and said I had to get back in line to receive the other. The one I received was not correct despite me reading the order back to him I no longer trust this one. The one on forest hill is leagues better
