Came here at few minutes before breakfast close time (10:30am) for veteran’s day meal and they were already closed for breakfast. In food service meals should be served until the actual time. Very frustrating

I wanted to get a drink with no sugar or caffeine, so I stopped at this Wendy’s to get Sprite Zero at their multi-drink dispenser. I bought the cup and went to the dispenser only to find that they were out of Sprite Zero…and most of the other drinks in the machine. When I asked if they could fix the problem, the counter staff said they couldn’t refill the machine. I asked for my money back and, after a bit of back and forth, they gave me a refund in cash.

I don’t like to leave poor reviews for business and stop using their services, but so many are terrible these days and this is my only recourse. My experience at this Wendy’s today is typical of others at Wendy’s restaurants over the past few years, so I’m not going to stop at any Wendy’s in the future.

The people who served me at this place today October 22, 2025 at 4:28 PM. A young man with glasses and a black woman treated me very badly, I told the man that I wanted six pieces of Chicken Nuggets, not spicy and when I told him that I had said not spicy, he started telling me that I did, I had said spicy and the other woman snatched the bag from my hand and told me that she was going to change it in a very bad way, I only accepted the six regular pieces of Chicken Nuggets and I left and as I was walking away the man yelled something offending me.

I think they should be given a reprimand, suspended from work for a week, for the disrespect they both show. It all happened so fast I can't remember their names, but the man is white with glasses, and the women are black. At that time I gave today, Wednesday, October 22, at 4:28 p.m., I suppose the supervisor or manager knows who these two people are and takes strict measures against them because the lack of respect is too much. This place sucks. Never gives you the right sauce. The coke machine is always down and they try to pass off diet coke for coke. And the fries are never salted. 3 years haven't been proven wrong.

How many times must you explain an order, check the bag, reorder and then leave only to realize you have been overcharged and an item is missing?
I truly think this is our fault. The service whether inside or drive thru is consistently terrible. Hope we have learned our lesson tonight.

Their service is always slow even though there's no waiting line (drive thru). I have to double check my order before I leave because very often it's wrong.

Worst service ever! On 95 they have a billboard sign saying any size drink $1 . Ordered a drink and a cookie. Total over $5 simple asked about the advertisement and got a shoulder shrug. Be careful with them. False advertisement
