Walked from home to get Wendy’s and their dining area was closed early.

Their service is always slow even though there's no waiting line (drive thru). I have to double check my order before I leave because very often it's wrong.
I don't eat inside because usually, tables are not clean.

Worst service ever! On 95 they have a billboard sign saying any size drink $1 . Ordered a drink and a cookie. Total over $5 simple asked about the advertisement and got a shoulder shrug. Be careful with them. False advertisement

I went there march 28 at 8.25pm today to dine in I went inside to the counter to order the food I stood there for about 10 minutes no one paid any attention while talking to each other after while
I asked if can can talk to someone but no one paid any attention one lady made a sign to go to drive though I asked the other worker that you don't talk he shook his head and walked away It was the worst experience worst customer service ever

The service was terrible. The workers were so mean. When I was talking to my friends VERY quietly, they yelled at me telling me to stop yelling! And their mic was really bad so i couldn’t really hear them but since i couldn’t hear them, they gave me an attitude. 1 star.

I really love Wendy's, however fast food as we know it is has run off onto a dirt road and will soon be crashing down the cliff. $12 for any meal? I'd rather go to an all you can eat and eat the meat selections. In general, good hamburgers, scary service...

Every time I go there, your staff seems very unhappy. I greeted them no reply. I said thank you, no reply. I'm sorry, but this is the way you guys are gonna lose your business. I'm very disappointed in the service that was given to me. I've worked in customer service. All my life and I would have fired my employees and started fresh. If this is the kind of service that is given to the customers that are keeping you people, your staff, your company open.

Horrible customer service in the morning. The “manager” was very rude she gave me cold coffee so i asked for a new one once i opened it and it was full of trash specks on top disgusting. I came back for my refund she rolled her eyes before i even said anything! Mind you i was being nice because i know how it can get in fast food in the morning shifts.

Read this please. Do not come to this Wendy’s at all, and if you do make sure they give you your receipt or make sure you order everything through the Wendy’s app and pick it up. When you order at this Wendy’s through their drive-through, the employees purposely do not give you your receipt because they charge all sorts of extra things without telling you. Like for example, if you order a combo, they will automatically make your combo a large, without telling you or even asking you; &, if you order a sandwich, whether with a combo or not, if this said sandwich doesn’t come with bacon or cheese, they will charge you for bacon and cheese on that sandwich without telling you. I once came here & ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal, & they made the whole meal a large & put bacon & cheese on the sandwich when I literally didn’t ask them to. After you pay and they give you your food, like I said already they purposely do not give you your receipt so that you don’t know about all the extra things that they charged you. The employees here are thieves.
