Good service goes a long way, unfortunately, this location continuously misses the mark. I’ve received poor service and witnessed full arguments (screaming matches) with customers and employees. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I really wanted to give this restaurant a shot but four times coming here now i have had to sit and wait for over 20 (almost all of my given lunch break) minutes as other customers enter, place their order, and then leave with their food. The first time i was a little upset but figured things happen. They are now 4/4 with this. As someone who works in a sit down restaurant that gets orders out quicker, i just cant accept it anymore. Congrats wingstop, you have made me leave my first ever review on google because your service is that poor-

Terra or however you spell her name is very rude and unprofessional, I made a call to place a order and she was very rude over the phone! She hung up in my face and cut me off the whole time during the phone call!

When my son opened the box one of the wing was bitten .I couldn’t believe it I called the store but of course they refused it and they told me they have camera everywhere.Its so disgusting .I don’t know why would someone do such a thing
