I ordered a combo on uber eats and when it arrived, the fries didn’t have the seasoning I asked for which was hot honey rub and even my own drink didn’t have the safety sticker. I’m extremely paranoid to even drink it as without that sticker idk what my uber driver could have done to it? Really? And the stickers they put on the bag so secure it wasn’t even secured on right at all.

They are more of the 5 that my orders for the liberty came incomplete. It’s not the delivery drivers fault. Is the problem of the store, that they never have the order completed. I always do orders though $70 - $100, and they always fail my orders. This is the last time I order from this company because I don’t feel giving my money

Good service goes a long way, unfortunately, this location continuously misses the mark. I’ve received poor service and witnessed full arguments (screaming matches) with customers and employees. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I really wanted to give this restaurant a shot but four times coming here now i have had to sit and wait for over 20 (almost all of my given lunch break) minutes as other customers enter, place their order, and then leave with their food. The first time i was a little upset but figured things happen. They are now 4/4 with this. As someone who works in a sit down restaurant that gets orders out quicker, i just cant accept it anymore. Congrats wingstop, you have made me leave my first ever review on google because your service is that poor-
