Not as good as other zaxbys I have been to. Food has been barely warm, orders are sometimes incorrect and the tea is not out like other zaxbys, you have to have an employee get it for you. Tables are usually dirty. Bathroom is gross. Tried it 3 times and all the same. Won’t return.

We got 2 orders once was fresh and the other seemed a little old also there was not butter on the bread even though it was toasted. The booties were clean but the soda machine was sticky and unkept.

Unless significant improvements are made to address these issues and restore confidence in the brand, I am uncertain if I will be returning to Zaxbys in the future. I got chicken club, cuz it comes with bacon and cheese, it's not a club it's a regular bun and bacon was all burned and literally just one thin strip of bacon cut in half, the soda machine doesn't have half of the beverages listed, no ice in the machine. The only reason I'm giving Im giving it 2 stars is cuz the manager lady was nice and stop to help me even tho she was clocked out, in the other hand the girl that took my order had a attitude. Over all I'll never dine here again.

It has been raining all day, only to walk to one locked entrance door. I moved car around to the other side and got in. There was no one in drive-thru yet the lady acted as if she didn't see me and the other customer even standing there. Didn't say hi, didn't say she would be with us, just nada. I have eaten here before 3 times by drive-thru and food is never hot and service is always lacking. They need help or training by WPB locations as they are great. Lots of room for improvement!
