I love it here the food is so good!! Drinks are a 10/10
The drinks I got I have to rate probably a 9 and a 5 , the 9 being the Lychee crush, 5 for the Thai tea. It was just too sweet. The young gentleman at the front was very kind and genuine though, he explained the menu item to me in good detail and I truly appreciate that. The owner was also there but she was more quiet and intimidating! You can tell he just started and she was watching him very closely but his service was actually very good. Overall a 8/10 experience 7 for the quality
Their food is alright but they really need to work on their customer service. I believe having all these high school kids with no training is detrimental to their business.
The times that I’ve gone they don’t have alot of the items from the menu. It doesn’t feel welcoming it’s more of a careless energy. No acknowledgment of the customer. Very disappointing.
Been coming here a couple of times now, this is my favorite spot for a quick delicious tea. The food is great and always quick. 🧋💯
We've been to Zero Degrees twice and had bad experiences both times. The first time, they prioritized other customers and ignored us, so we decided to leave. The second time, when we walked in, the kitchen staff seemed to notice us but didn't greet or acknowledge us, and we ended up leaving after a few minutes. It's disappointing when the service doesn't match the ambiance 🌟
I'm giving one star for the owners of this place. It's dirty and neglected, and there's only one employee serving. How is it possible that this business is run by just one person who has to make the drinks and the food in the kitchen, and then take the orders? This is employer abuse. Five stars for the guy who was serving alone, and the one who took all the orders. He deserves a bonus or a raise.
Ordered two smoothie Pina coladas Tues afternoon. I gave one to my sister and one for me. We both got diarrhea from the drinks. I tried to call the number listed and no answer. Buyer Beware! The store is located at 6716 Forest Hill Blvd in the Publix Plaza Greenacres
Been a regular at this place but unfortunately the quality has definitely dropped. Went in and waited more than a few minutes to be served, despite no line/barely any customers. None of the staff said anything, just looked at me and kept moving along.
Best drinks I've had in a long time. Service and atmosphere top notch. Wish they had one in Miami. Would go all the time.

I think this shop was sold by the original owners; the current owners expanded the location and it’s now attached to a dessert/ boba drink shop. I used to love going to Zero Degrees for their Mangonada, but they changed the recipe. The condition of the shop is absolutely terrible. The kitchen is very dirty, the floor is super sticky, the chairs and tables are filthy. Very dirty place overall.
I’ll miss this place so much
Best fried dumplings I had in a long time!
Bought a drink here, the ube horchata, and when I went to sit down the chair was completely broken and I fell. They had purposely left out a chair for customers to sit on that was broken. Not one of the employees came to see if I was ok. Poor customer service for a subpar drink. Thank you.
