These people are working earning a living and the place doesn’t have a working ac. The owner should be ashamed. No fans to help them either. Awful person to worry about a dollar more than the health and safety of people working over a grill and hot fryers.

Horrible attitude grumpy lady at counter. Every booth dirty. Food was slowest ever experienced at any DQ and the store is not busy. I've been going to DQ all over SE US for 40 years. For DQ mgmt this store has 2 other identical reviews below. You need all new staff here. 2pm ET Sat May 25.

One star is generous for this dump. The woman at the counter looked angry and forgot about our order. We had to sit in a dirty booth because ALL the tables were dirty. Food was about what you'd expect from a gas station DQ but every part of this visit was just awful.

The attitude is very much that of, who cares about speed or getting things out. They take their time walking slowly around the kitchen with people waiting on them and the time most certainly over 10 minutes. I’ve worked fast food and I’ve worked fast food attached to a gas station that was much much busier than this and this is embarrassingly sluggish and the employees are very lucky we’re being patient because this is the slowest, deadest, unproffessionally bored staff I’ve ever seen. Out ticket is currently sitting at 19 minutes and the cashier couldn’t even be bothered to take the order right or care about it. Horrible horrible service

Not only was it one of the longest waits I have ever had for fastfood, they somehow managed to get every single part of the order wrong. Do not go here. Keep driving.

Two visits- visit #1 service incredibly slow, one person at front one on grill.Grill person did not come to help front person when orders were finished. Front person very very slow, dropped food containers, responded to one customer and made others wait but then took a group of orders including payment and we waited and waited. Worst of all no choc. Ice cream!Second visit two days later gave it a try! Two different people working , line still long and then when at counter asked if there was chocolate ice cream. Could barely understand the gentleman and learned now there was NO ice cream at all….left without ordering anything!No signs on machine alerting customers that ice cream was not available.Location must be losing $Outrageous that DQ has NO ice cream.Gave it a second chance/ likely will not give it a third!
