Placed an order on door dash. My card was charged and after 30 minutes they canceled it while the driver was there saying some items not available. How about calling me back and asking about a substitute item.

I received the tiniest single scoop ice cream cones i’ve ever seen from baskin robbin’s, we asked for our money back and went on. the employees didn’t even seem to see what the problem was, he said “you ordered a single scoop”

Ordered small chocolate shake. For almost 7 bucks o got chocolate milk, not a Shake. I asked them to make another and was chocolate milk, not a Shake. You would think a Shake would have some thickness to it and not plain liquid on a hot day. Employee seemed not to care. Terrible service.

First of all, they completely ignored us. I just wanted some ice cream. They only served us donuts and they weren’t even that good. Workers were also cutting us off.

Menu is never accurate and flavors are always out. Ordered through door dash 2x and had to cancel order because they didn’t have what I ordered based on selected menu. Went through drive through and again had to change order for 3 different people because they didn’t have what we wanted. All 3 separate instances occurre in a one month time frame.
Actually I went to the Dunkin' donuts in the same building I got there just before closing and got an excellent avocado on toast with a coffee and oat milk. I was riding across Florida on my road bike and needed a hot coffee. Everyone was nice to me in there, even though they were ready to close, I appreciated it.
