Placed order in the drivethur, paid and waited for my food.. My Whopper was made wrong and cold and onion rings ice cold.. Took it to the manger on duty, talk about being rude with an attitude.. No apologies from her, like I'm sorry if I spent $12 for cold food at your establishment.. This place was doing great till they starting hiring ungrateful employees.. The 80's for nice ppl are definitely gone for good.. We the older generation are surely missing it when workers cared about their customers...

Rude, rude, RUDE lady who works here!!! Just avoid. Waited 25 minutes for my online order…I thought ordering through the app would make it quicker. Apparently, you have to “check in” even though the app said my food was ready. Bizarre experience and was argued with. Won’t return. Food was good though, but not worth the wait. For a nicer experience and quicker service (plus online order will be ready when you just pull up), go to Wendy’s right down the street one light up!

To begin with my wife has always disliked this Burger King location for bad service, nonetheless, for the sake of expedients last week I went there for a double whooper. It was under cooked and quickly packaged leaving mayonnaise on the outside and inside of the paper wrapper making my experience slimy. Sadly, making my experience negative. They need to get better management with enough staff instead of 2 persons handling the counter, cooking, outside window orders, and everything else.
Horrible. Everytime we go there it's a 20-35 min excursion. Excuses Everytime!
Took 30+ minutes, was rude, order was wrong on several things. What is wrong with this and almost every Burger King in the area?

Little by little this place is getting better and better. Today I had excellent service. The staff payed attention to detail everybody was friendly and smiling. This is what keeps making regular customers come back. Thank you, keep it up. Here is a picture of an employee who knows how to smile when the time is right. 😁
