My sister and I were looking for BBQ dinner. The place we were looking for turned out to be a food truck, which is fine but we wanted a sit down place. We passed Donna's BBQ on the way, so decided to give it a try even though it had less than 4 stars reviews. The inside dining is not open, but they have outside tables. We ordered at the window. They did a good takeout business while we were there. We got pulled pork and asked for extra sauce, mac n cheese, coleslaw. Coleslaw...
The food was simply delicious! We had the Pulled Pork Meal, 1/2 Chicken Meal, with Collard Greens, Baked Beans and Cole Slaw. We also had 2 drinks. The chicken was not dry and flavorful. The pork had great flavor as well. The greens had a nice smoked flavor and the beans were just right and not too sweet. We were so full, didn't have a chance to eat the cole slaw. We plan another visit to try the Mac and Cheese and deserts. The 2 meals and two 32oz drinks cost us around $38...
