I saw the black girl that’s always on the drive thru microphone adjust her dirty hat, turn her microphone on & off, eat donuts while waiting for orders & then grab donuts with those same gloves still on to give to customers instead of using the parchment paper to grab it. Was able to see all that because they are so frickin slow. They need a new fluidity system.

The only pleasant thing about this visit was the nice lady who took my order Yami. Everyone else looks past you when you need something. My latte was 1/4 empty. Just all around everyone looked so unhappy to be here. The spider donut was cute.

Very disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff seemed unbothered and not interested in helping customers. My order took much longer than expected, and when I asked about it, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. The coffee was not what we asked for, cups were ope and we were be up dropping it in the passenger seat, worst experience ever. The drive through server does not know what he is doing. I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but this location definitely needs better customer service training. And No one picks up the phone.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts today (Store #353289, 7901 SR 50, Groveland, FL) around 12:55 PM, and the experience was terrible. I ordered a dozen donuts (6 glazed, 3 strawberry frosted with sprinkles, and 3 vanilla frosted with sprinkles) through the drive-thru. When I checked the box, most of the donuts looked squished or poked, and none of the frosted ones had sprinkles, which should have been mentioned when ordering. I spoke with the manager, Jalen, who said, “that’s how the batch came out,” which was clearly not true. When I asked for a replacement, he said there weren’t any, so I requested a refund — which he gave me — but he didn’t show any empathy or concern for how the food looked. After leaving, I called back to speak with someone higher up. A worker named Briana answered. When I explained the situation, she argued with me and then hung up. I called back, and after I could hear the manager telling her to apologize, she finally got on the phone after several minutes and said, “my bad, ma’am.” That’s not an apology — that’s attitude. The service at this Dunkin’ is completely unprofessional, and based on other reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one-time issue. Dunkin’ should really look into how this location is being managed. I won’t be returning here again.

*update 8/21 - EXTREMLY RUDE staff. Horrible customer service. The unhappy animal in drive through shouldn't be in customer service. Everytime I've visited this location there has been NO consistency in their coffee OR specialty drinks that they offer, they are either overly sweetened and flavored or no sweetener or flavor at all...or completely the wrong flavor. (8/21 NO POSITIVES) On a positive I will say this staff has been friendly and they are fairly quick about moving the line along. They need to provide more training for better consistent output of product. No one likes starting their morning off with a terrible coffee or drink.

Absolutely horrible. Never coming here again. I asked for a large pup cup for my sweet angel puppy and I got an attitude and told it was allot of whip cream and they could only do a standard size. I also asked for extra liquid sugar and creamer and they did not follow through. I also offered to pay for the extra whip cream for my sweet angel puppy and they still refused. Absolutely terrible all the way around!

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts, and I must say, the experience was far from delightful. The customer service was unbelievably poor. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a sense of apathy from the staff. There was no greeting, no smile, just blank stares.
When I finally placed my order, the employee seemed annoyed and impatient, as if I was bothering them by being there. After ordering a simple coffee and a donut, I waited an unreasonable amount of time, only to receive the wrong order. When I brought it to their attention, instead of a sincere apology, I was met with an eye roll and a dismissive attitude. It felt like they were doing me a favor by correcting their mistake.
The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the lack of professionalism was astounding. It's disappointing to see such a well-known brand being represented by employees who clearly have no interest in providing a pleasant experience for their customers. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued. I hope management takes note and invests in proper customer service training, because as it stands, I won't be returning to this particular location anytime soon.

The most horrible dunkin place I’ve ever been to, I have no idea why this place is still open the donuts taste dry I’ve seen that most areas look really gross the service I got was horrible, the employees give you an attitude all the time and don’t care about the customers at all!!
