the Dunkin on 565A and 50 the staff at this location is very rude and mess up my orders often and donuts are not fresh. They never seem to have the supplies for the speciality coffees and say things are out of season and yet other locations have it. Avoid if you can there many others to get your Dunkin fix from!

I would give zero stars, but it makes you choose one. Absolute horrible experience.Me and my mother stopped to get an ice cream and sit inside and enjoy ourselves.one girl with red dyed hair working there walked right passed us standing at the counter. Did not achnkowledge us a bit. Walked to the rear of restaurant. Then another girl a smaller shirt girl came out of the back and didn’t say a word to us. My mom said “excuse me” she mumbled something but ignored us basically and her approached the counter to help us. We stood there for about 5 min. No smiles no welcoming atmosphere. Ice cream cases and windows on them are filthy dirty. This was at 4:15pm on Tuesday January 14, 2025. The place is in shambles. I used to frequent that shop and I enjoyed myself very much, but it has gone downhill. It’s very dirty inside and not very welcoming anymore and the employees are never ever friendly. We ultimately just left without our ice cream because we could not get any service thank you

I was surprised to learn later that day, that there was a sinkhole in the Drive-Thru area and that's why the trucks were there. But, I'm happy to report that I received very good service from the staff at dunkin' donuts.
Parking: There are very few parking spots but the area is well traveled and you can always find a spot in the general area.

I placed a mobile order and when i came at the schedule time, the order was not made. i had to wait ten extra minutes for a burnt bagel, and a coffee that they started making AFTER i had came in. I was already running late, and they pushed me back 13 minutes for one coffee and 2 bagels, when i ordered 20 minutes prior.

This Dunkin has the worst drive thru in all of Florida…quite possibly the world. They have no focus on customer service at all. Having wait times up to 30 minutes daily no matter the time of day. I’ve never seen anything like it in fact, where you have employees standing around all day, while “maybe” one person attempts to serve customers up front and at the window all at the same time. The delegating of responsibilities and the prioritizing of customer needs is handled so very poorly. if you have the ability to visit another DUNKiN instead I would highly recommend doing so!

30 min to get coffee..absolutely insane! This was at 2:00 in the afternoon. One car in front of me and took 30 min to make 2 easy coffees. This place has gone downhill majorly! Absolute horrible service and zero “rush” for anything.
Whoever made sandwiches today, 10/19/24 at about 11:30am. Sourdough should have been toasted, I ordered two of the sourdough bacon egg and cheese and they are completely cold and hard as wood. These sandwiches ain't cheap either and not that hard to make. Waisted money. Y'all weren't even busy.

Place has gone downhill bad. Just waited probably 15 mins for two iced coffees in the drive through, and we were the only car in line. Once we get it they were probably the worst coffees we’ve ever had. One was straight milk and the other tasted legit burnt. Unfortunately that’s why you gotta pay more at other places for the quality.

If I could ZERO stars I would. The SERVICE alone sucked !!! There was a horrible experience with this elderly woman with medium length brownish blondish hair . She told me she couldn't add espresso into my MEDIUM COLD BREW $6 meal deal... I punched in my exact order on the app and it was easy peasy I couldn't pay on the app because I had cash so I walked inside and a young kind man took my order and although my entire order was wrong he was able to at least add the shot of espresso on the coffee sticker. Not to mention I always order the same exact thing every time I go there.. the poor elderly lady just couldn't figure it out. I grew up around the elderly in ALFS, so I kind of understand she's just trying to make a living but when I asked if there was someone else I could speak with who knew how to do it she said no that there wasn't so I left then proceeded to punch in my order on the app, and then go inside to be helped by the nice young man. Unfortunately every single item I had including my coffees were messed up, I ordered two coffees one with espresso and one without, but the coffee that was supposed to be without espresso had the espresso. My heart is racing and I can't handle caffeine like that. I am not complaining just to complain but my service was HORRIFYING to say the least .

I come here all the time, will update this review once the service goes back to being great as it once was. Have lost a lot of quality and wait times are 20mins + and they even serve you cold frozen to the touch food, don’t even warm it up properly. The lady in the drive thru is amazing but that’s about it.
