If you want to wait in line for an Hour this is the establishment for you. If you specifically ask for a white chocolate but get told no your gonna get a heath bark white chocolate then this is the place for you. Absolutely ridiculous. Used to be my go to place to get coffee and now it’s the worst Dunkin I’ve gone to. The window lady barely speaks English and argues with you about what you order. Handed us burnt food and didn’t get all of our order.

This is probably the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been too. They take one order at the drive through and then you wait five minutes while they give the person the order… then they take the next. Food is usually good.. if they get it right. It’s a 50/50 if you get someone who’s somewhat friendly. The technique could use some work for sure.

I would like to thank Mrs. Laura and Gina for demonstrating excellent customer service!! They have saved my life twice first in Christmas and today on Valentine’s day. After having a HORRIBLE experience with the Dunkin Donuts in Clermont they really received me with such sweetness and prepared the cutest dozen donut boxes for my children’s class. This store always has variety of donuts and the sweetest staff. Thank you again Mrs. Laura and Gina you ladies are the absolute BEST !!! I will be coming only to this Dunkin Donut location from now on.

I think we need to get the health department in there, had a doughnut order and they are touching the food with their dirty gloves, on top of handling money with same contaminated gloves.. No wonder ppls are getting sick.. Don't they get trained on handling ppls food?? Does the store manager have the proper training too.. Whats with these young adults.. Getting coffee and doughnuts doesn't take a rocket scientist to do...

I am very disappointed I just went through the drive-thru and order a bagel sausage egg and cheese and when I get to work which is about 15 to 20 minutes away it's one of the hardest old bagels I've ever encountered and there was no sausage I called and they said they'll make me a new one when I go back but what good is that going to do me being that I'm at work right now this is not what quality is about the only reason why I gave them two stars is because they said that they will give me a new one when I go back which doesn't do me any good at the moment.

I have been using a delivery service to order Dunkin Donuts for the last 5 years at this Groveland store. 2 orders this week and both were wrong. In today's order, of 6 items they got 2 correct but one is inedible as it wasn't even wrapped. Got 3 items I didn't order, so sorry for whoever else didn't get their order either. I'm done. As much as I love their frozen coffee, which is the only reason I keep ordering, if you can't at least deliver the frozen coffee, then there is no point. It's just not worth the aggravation.

Older lady, made a mess with my online order… all cups are open. She is not wearing gloves and touching food with her hands, disgusting. Better next time will drive to Clermont DD.

Man I am so tired of my order being messed up. They gave me the wrong coffee today and it's taste horrible. My hasbrowns the last time I ordered were old and hard. I couldn't even drive back because I had to be somewhere and the lines are already super

This Dunkin’ is a joke staff is rude, orders are always messed up food is out for hours in the cooker just horrible. How can you sever something that you clearly see and feel that it’s hard and dried out.

I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong.Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain.I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with.Stopping at this location was also for an early meeting. This location in convenient and in a shopping plaza. The overall ambiance is bright.Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation.
