Fit 'n Prep - Meal Prep Services

The best meal prep service ever! We have tried over 8 different companies and there has always been issues (ex. Chicken too chewy, weird textures, not reheating well, flavor off, cheap ingredients, etc.) but Fit n prep has been fresh, and flavorful. I have ordered for 3 weeks so far and every single meal has been amazing. I plan to keep ordering.

Love the meals from here! They’ve thankfully worked with my custom macros and gluten sensitivity. All while delivering the tastiest and cleanest meals I’ve had from any company.I’ll be sticking with them for a long time!

Incredibly nice and quick responses from them. Get anything with the Butternut Squash (they are great at making it delicious no matter what form it takes) and the pulled meats are the juiciest ones :). Highly recommend! Service and food are both fantastic!

I have been using Fit n’ Prep for a year and a half, and I love it! The meals are so good; they’re not bland at all like some meal preps! They are so flavorful, and I actually look forward to eating each meal! Which I can’t say about meal prep I’ve done myself lol. It’s not your typical unseasoned chicken and white rice. They’re also very flexible when it comes to food preferences. For example, I don’t like seafood, so they never give me meals with seafood. Everyone who has ever delivered my meals has been so nice as well. The prices are so reasonable! They really make healthy eating affordable, which is hard to do. Cannot say enough great things about them.

Fresh and DELICIOUS food in your doorstep every week. I've been eating Fit 'n Prep since the business started and definitely not going back to cooking anymore, so simple and convenient, and the best part, different dishes every week, you never get the same, and so far everything has been AMAZING!Can't recommend them enough!

We’ve been using Fit n Prep since December 2021 and we love it! We receive 10 meals per week on Monday mornings. The quality, meal selections, and variety are the best we’ve experienced and this is the third meal delivery service we’ve tried. Highly recommend!

I was turned into this company by member of my gym who had been using this product and had seen amazing results. I bought in a little skeptical but boy was I surprised. The food tastes amazing, helps me hit my macros daily and the customer service is ridiculous. Super attentive, respond to messages in minutes and are real professionals. Try it. You’ll thank me later.
