I can’t say enough good things about Fit and Prep! The food is absolutely awesome—it actually tastes delicious and is seasoned so well. Everything is super fresh, and I love that it comes frozen, so I never have to worry about it going bad before I can eat it. The portion sizes are generous, which makes it so easy to hit my macros without feeling hungry. On top of that, the team is extremely helpful and always responds quickly whenever I have a question. I’ve tried other meal prep services before, but this one truly stands out. Fit and Prep makes healthy eating convenient, satisfying, and enjoyable!

I’ve had 4 meals here and all of them have been delicious!

This is my first time trying their meal service and it’s been great so far. I’m hispanic so flavor is big for me, and they did not disappoint! The cuban Mojo pork was so good, and their meatballs as well! Use it for office lunch so it’s perfect and convenient. They offer delivery and its all packed in an insulated bag. Give them a try!

Absolutely the best prepared meals around! Fit 'n Prep makes other meal prep services look like they need to go back to culinary school, or maybe step foot in an actual kitchen. They have thought of everything, from what type of diet you may be on, to how many calories you're looking to consume, and then they make food that not only meets that criteria, but tastes absolutely incredible. Awesome work by an incredible team!

The best meal prep service ever! We have tried over 8 different companies and there has always been issues (ex. Chicken too chewy, weird textures, not reheating well, flavor off, cheap ingredients, etc.) but Fit n prep has been fresh, and flavorful. I have ordered for 3 weeks so far and every single meal has been amazing. I plan to keep ordering.

Love the meals from here! They’ve thankfully worked with my custom macros and gluten sensitivity. All while delivering the tastiest and cleanest meals I’ve had from any company.I’ll be sticking with them for a long time!

Incredibly nice and quick responses from them. Get anything with the Butternut Squash (they are great at making it delicious no matter what form it takes) and the pulled meats are the juiciest ones :). Highly recommend! Service and food are both fantastic!

I have been using Fit n’ Prep for a year and a half, and I love it! The meals are so good; they’re not bland at all like some meal preps! They are so flavorful, and I actually look forward to eating each meal! Which I can’t say about meal prep I’ve done myself lol. It’s not your typical unseasoned chicken and white rice. They’re also very flexible when it comes to food preferences. For example, I don’t like seafood, so they never give me meals with seafood. Everyone who has ever delivered my meals has been so nice as well. The prices are so reasonable! They really make healthy eating affordable, which is hard to do. Cannot say enough great things about them.
