Person tell me don't have any crispy chicken and they already close the kitchen and establishment says close at 10...after back and forth they agree to make some since other customers asking for it also... Wauted patiently then 9:35 workers tells me I need to leave the store and wait outside because noone can be in there and they need to clean area, even tho store open til 10....still here waiting for my food. Let's see what's next... Last time I was here their excuse was they had no chicken to sell. Like wow always something. Even while I was there Uber eats person came in to pick an order and they told him to cancel it because they didn't want to make the order was "too late" 9:30 pm......9:55 finally got my food

This has happened 3 times! I understand making a mistake but now it’s just pure laziness. Everytime I come here and want a pot pie i have to wait 20 mins for them to cook it. So I decided I was going to order and pay ahead of time online. Said my order would be ready by 1220. I gave an extra 20 mins on top of my wait time I get to the drive through and the guy tells me another 15 mins because they haven’t made it yet. Why did you tell me my order was ready if you haven’t even started it yet. Now I’m wasting my whole break at work AGAIN because the staff was to lazy to even start my order after having 40 minutes to do so. RIDICULOUS

Why do they ask what sauce I want for my chicken when they USUALLY don't bother to give me any of the sauce?? I spent $17 on food for one person this morning and, NO SAUCE in the bag. So my chicken experience with BBQ chicken tenders could not be experienced. Also, they put the cold cole slaw in with the hot chicken, and the hot fries in another bag by themselves. I think they mean to bag the cold food separately from the hot, but not today.

I rather spend my money in small business like food truck and such because this big corporations are trash and expensive. No good service, food get smaller, something is missing, and customer service sucks we bring the business and they hate the customer. You could be the nices person and still get crap.
