I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and the all-around family-oriented atmosphere in this facility. The food was great order all perfect every thing cooked to order and the biscuits man those where some of the best biscuits I've ever had

Placed an order for pick up. 45 minutes prior to the pickup , get here told another 20 minutes cause the meal i ordered was variety. So I say well I placed order 45 minutes ago....I got a shoulder shrug. Seriously unprofessional. Ordered early and pick up by a certain time for a reason. Now reading all the 1 star reviews , I shoulda read that first.

Went there today and got a 12 piece meal. Everything Cost me over 50$ and again I’m disapointed. The sides were fine but the chicken looked and tasted like it was put back in the fryer and reheatead. All 12 pieces was dark brown almost black. I’ll drive a little further to clermont and get my chicken there.

Just Terrible! The chicken was so greasy that the skin was sliding off. We ordered the 8 PC meal. I told the guy up front that it was very greasy and he said well it is fried. OMG!! Fried but not fried properly. We had already paid for it and no offer to fix it so when we get home it is all dark meat. Thighs and legs only and I don't eat dark meat. The worst KFC ever.

I was provided the worst service I have ever received. We waited roughly an hr for our food, we had to ask multiple times for them to continue to tell us it would be additional time. When the cashier/worker gave me my order she throw it at me and rolled her eyes, as if giving me my food had bothered her. I ask for my places and cups as it was a larger order for multiple people and she threw the cups on the counter. The cashiers name was Atia, and I wish I could’ve had someone different hand me my food because the bad attitude she provided took away all of my appetite. Please do not waste your time stopping at this place and order at the Pizza Hut adjacent to it. Worst KFC ever.

Horrible service, came in at 2pm asked to get some grilled chicken they have none and said 20mins to cook I asked what all they Have and said we what’s on the menu, incorrect I asked for 2 orders of tenders only 6 count and got to the window and they said sorry we are out of tenders only have 6left in the store. Worst service and will share this with locals too.

Get here at 9:10 pm after - while without being acknowledged... Person tell me don't have any crispy chicken and they already close the kitchen and establishment says close at 10...after back and forth they agree to make some since other customers asking for it also... Wauted patiently then 9:35 workers tells me I need to leave the store and wait outside because noone can be in there and they need to clean area, even tho store open til 10....still here waiting for my food. Let's see what's next... Last time I was here their excuse was they had no chicken to sell. Like wow always something. Even while I was there Uber eats person came in to pick an order and they told him to cancel it because they didn't want to make the order was "too late" 9:30 pm......9:55 finally got my food

This has happened 3 times! I understand making a mistake but now it’s just pure laziness. Everytime I come here and want a pot pie i have to wait 20 mins for them to cook it. So I decided I was going to order and pay ahead of time online. Said my order would be ready by 1220. I gave an extra 20 mins on top of my wait time I get to the drive through and the guy tells me another 15 mins because they haven’t made it yet. Why did you tell me my order was ready if you haven’t even started it yet. Now I’m wasting my whole break at work AGAIN because the staff was to lazy to even start my order after having 40 minutes to do so. RIDICULOUS
Chicken was old and dried out. Better avoid this KFC because it's garbage!!!!

Why do they ask what sauce I want for my chicken when they USUALLY don't bother to give me any of the sauce?? I spent $17 on food for one person this morning and, NO SAUCE in the bag. So my chicken experience with BBQ chicken tenders could not be experienced. Also, they put the cold cole slaw in with the hot chicken, and the hot fries in another bag by themselves. I think they mean to bag the cold food separately from the hot, but not today.

I wish you could give no stars. I waited over an hour for an 8 pc. The lobby floor was disgusting I was slipping and sliding. You need new management.
