Why do they ask what sauce I want for my chicken when they USUALLY don't bother to give me any of the sauce?? I spent $17 on food for one person this morning and, NO SAUCE in the bag. So my chicken experience with BBQ chicken tenders could not be experienced. Also, they put the cold cole slaw in with the hot chicken, and the hot fries in another bag by themselves. I think they mean to bag the cold food separately from the hot, but not today.

All the chicken in the boxy was small as hell, im mean, my 5 year old sized chicken and they forgot our drinks an straws and had the nerve to give us a face when we asked as if we were lying...

I can only speak for my one drive through experience. We stopped by last night to grab a quick meal as I drove my son to spend the weekend with his Uncle. We literally sat in the drive through line for 36 min before finally getting our food. So much for “quick”. I get that this happens. It was very busy both inside and out, and the employees were doing their best, so while it was inconvenient, it was understandable. What was not understandable was the fact that they shorted...
