They have the "Popeyes" method "great food, but horrible customer service. They forgot my fritters, and when I go back in the lady at the counter tells me "ohh we were out at the time so I didn't give you any" how bout you tell me that and I wouldn't mind waiting. I was a walk in guest.

I’ve been eating at this establishment for YEARS! I never have an issue but today, the 2 young ladies (1 is black dark skin with a bonnet on her head or some type of hat and a heavy set Native descent looking girl with a long braid at the cashier) was very rude and unprofessional. They do not need to work in the food fast industry if they can’t take simple orders. I politely said my order over 4 times over the speaker and they still chose to get it wrong and then when i told them again the food was incorrect the Native lookin girl laughed and said “you guys already got a lot of chicken” and then lied and said that i didn’t say the order i indeed said. I told her again, what the order was supposed to be and she laughs again and says “you guys already have a lot of chicken” meanwhile we spent over $35 and they still refused to give me the correct order so i drove off in disbelief that they were acting so slow and as if was speaking to a wall. I didn’t leave with my order and decided to call my bank to dispute the charges because services were not given. As a social media influencer with 1.1 million followers, i do not want to blast this business because it’s not the “business” fault but the workers will surely be their downfall. 1 click of a button and i can completely ruin their years of business but instead i will blame the lack of training given to those 2 workers and not fault the entire business but they have to do better! I was going to refer allll my followers to this business and now i refuse!!!

I tried this place out. The breast was so crispy on the outside and so moist on the inside usually when you get fried chicken, the breast is crispy but dry on the inside not the case here very moist breast and chicken. The coleslaw is phenomenal.
