We absolutely love everything they offer. The barbacoa tacos, especially, are amazing! One note: the Carne Guisada tacos are really good, but very messy.

Ordered take out. The 2 taco plate was supposed to come with beans and rice but they were not in the bag. Just 2 tacos yet they charged me for the plate. They were out of the seasoned ground beef, sour cream AND guacamole like WTF this is a taco place and they don’t have basic items! The carne asada meat on the Laredo bowl was so hard and dried up it wasn’t even edible. What a waste of money this place is horrible!!!

DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a steak Laredo bowl, Beef fajita plate and it was not fresh at all!! The steak was hard and dry not eatable the slightest, the rice was hard and crumbly… The pico de gallo was disgusting dry & I also ordered & charged for two flour tortillas which I didn’t get, and when I returned to the store with food in hand & uneaten asking for either a refund or fresh food I was told that it was nothing that could be done. I wouldn’t recommend this place of business to anyone & I wouldn’t have given the one star but I wasn’t able to bypass & leave my review without doing so… It’s just ridiculous & they should really be embarrassed.

The flour tortillas were good, but nothing else was.The scrambled eggs looked like they'd been sitting on the hot table for hours. The guacamole was completely brown. The limes on the salsa bar were dried out and browning.It was my first and definitely last visit. So disappointing.

Tried to have lunch here today. The lady working the buffet has a personality of a wet noodle. Took orders from the guy in front of me as well as behind me. Ignored me completely. The other worker took my order, she heard me say with rice, and made sure she took all the rice fir the customer who ordered after me. I was then told I would have to wait done rice or take something else.I walked off. Really disappointed, the food tbh looked dried, and overcooked. Because of shorty's attitude, I won't come back to this one. ?Maybe she did me a favor lol
