went around twice on top took my money on one car but could send it back then still payed and got what i order completely wrong i try calling to notify a few mins late when ingot home and noone picks up even i tried multiple times. caucasian cashier and multiracial person giving out food im sure y’all can figure out who it is … also asked for fries no salt and seem like i asked extra salt and dry fries

This place is always a mess. And I don't mean appearance of cleanliness. Arturo, fix the issue with your staff not being capable of doing their job. Earlier today I had a chocolate shake that tasted like pure coffee. Wasted. Tonight, we wait 30 minutes for two pies. After being told 3 minutes then 5 minutes later being told 10 more minutes. Order at 7:30pm and it is 7:54pm when I do this.

This place consistently is below the mark, every time you ask for something not a sandwich it’s like nobody is reading anything and just makes whatever they want. Got a McDouble with only mayo and you could tell they scrapped the ketchup and additional condiments off an already made burger instead of a new one. It’s insane places like this are able to be open while running so poorly.

this location really sucks. i asked for a cheeseburger happy meal and got a hamburger. i also asked plain with cheese and add mac sauce. didn’t even put it on there. absolutely the worse mcds ever. just close down already. im sure corporate doesnt know how bad this mcds operates but they will find out soon.

I want to express my gratitude to the McDonald’s employees who were there serving food so quickly after Hurricane Milton - 10/10/24. It might seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to me. I know it couldn’t have been easy to leave their homes and families to return to work, especially under such challenging circumstances. Not expecting the hurricane to impact central Florida as much as it did, I didn’t plan as well as I should have. I was so thankful that this location was open when so many others were closed. Thank you for being there when the community needed you most!

Just went through drivethrough and my sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin was riddled with egg shell, what the hell is wrong with these people, your gonna kill someone!
