Allways parking you to get u off the drive thru timer waits are alway long. And this mcdonalds is alot higher than most

Took my money 30+ dollars. But neglected to fulfill the order. Purchased the new Ronald meal and the department neglected to provide us with the chicken nuggets that all children love. It's took @ 38minutes for someone to finally answer the phone. We stop on our way home from practice every Wednesday. Seems no one gives a hoot. Last time we will support your corporate who haw. Enjoy being ripped of by McDonald's. Warning given.

This McDonalds used to be a really great location but in the last few months they have turned into the worst. Our last few orders have been messed up between missing items or not taking a dairy allergy seriously.
As I type this my boyfriend is in line for the second time because they forgot items from our online order. He got there at 1:17 and it's now 2 and he is still waiting for the rest of the order. He also has seen multiple other cars hand back their bags assuming they also got the wrong food. Also, he can hear employees yelling and screaming at each other from the car. Please lock in and get these orders out, correct- the first time!😫😫 We won't be coming back to this one.

Quite possibly the worst mcdonalds experience I've ever had. First they forgot to give me one of my kids meals and tried to tell me I had to pay for another one even though it was already paid for. Then all of the food, burger, nuggets, and fries all tasted like they were 2 days old. Avoid. Take the drive to the next mcdonalds.

Minors should not have jobs if they can't even give me my stuff I ask for without reheating it or forgetting about something. The owner of this store puts 0 money into training these horrible workers

I went inside Devin was the manager. I rang the order up at the kiosk. I wanted my filet fresh the employee in the drive-thru did not have a hat on. I asked him to tell the grill I wanted my filet fresh. He had a ear bud in his ears I asked if he could hear me, he said he could. The manager ignored me until it was time for me to get my order. There was another employee who was not wearing a hat and used vulgar language. Service is usually a mess here!

There is no playground for kids here at this McDonald’s either.
Hoping to find an indoor playground on the way home in this 100 degree weather today.
This is a retirement State , so they dont have a playground here either at McDonald’s.
My family and I order off the mobile app. We waited for the food. Then we got the food and they forgot my daughters happy meal. And my sons fries. We had to turn back and get the food, and they still forgot the milk.

Ordered in mobile app got right through the line. But for some reason even though it was not busy. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for my order five other cars went through the line and also had to go and sit and wait for their order at their parking area.

I stood and the front register for 20 mins without anyone recognizing that I needed to order. I ended up having to order through the APP after getting completely ignored. Worst customer service that I have experienced at any restaurant. I will not be dining here again. The owners obviously dont care about their customers.
