Worst gyro I’ve ever had the sauce is nasty and the gyro meat is nasty literally the taste like a cardboard box
It's not just a food truck. It's a great meal. Al and his family make it special

It was my first time trying and the food was delicious! Al was very pleasant to talk to while I waited for my food and you can tell he is happy and appreciative of his customers. The food was fresh and flavorful so if you are craving gyros go to Pita Hut!!!

About a year ago, my husband stopped by the Pita Hut while he was in Groveland. He RAVED about! Went on and on about it! He loved the food and the owner made him feel welcome. Well today I finally got to try it for myself, and my goodness it is fantastic! We shared a classic gyro since we are traveling and it is THE BEST gyro I’ve ever had! The pita is fresh, had lots of meat that was seasoned perfectly, and crisp veggies with delicious tzatziki! While there, we tried the fries (salted perfectly) and honey cake (I’m not a huge fan of coconut but even I would eat this again)!
I rated the atmosphere a 2 only because there is essentially no atmosphere, but none is needed. It’s just a hole in the wall joint with good food and friendly owners. They have a picnic table and a few other patio sets to eat at (which we used) and that is usually when you know the food is about to be good!
We should’ve gotten a pic but we were so hungry and it smelled too good to wait. Lol.

AWESOME SERVICE & GREAT FOOD!!😃
Chicken and Rice was BLAND. It feels like boiled chicken - something I would give my dog when he is sick. HORRIBLE FOOD!

I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and got gyro meat. ? I assumed the name was correct and it was steak but it wasn't. And the fries aren't good they are definitely frozen fries and I got over charged as well.

This place is one of Groveland’s hidden gem. The outside appearance may come off as a bit “sketchy vibes”, but I can assure you that the owner is incredibly friendly. The food came out tasting great and the prices are decent. Definitely looking forward to coming back here again.

Pretty good food. The falafel is decent, the shawarma is also decent. The owner is a super nice guy, and he's open pretty late. Service is always top notch. Price feels about right. It's a food truck with a parking lot and some picnic tables, nothing fancy, but it's a consistently good spot.
