Trying to work a door dash order sat for 30 mins as they kept saying it will be ready in a few minutes but yet they were sitting in the oven the entire time watched ppl come in an out an watched the items being put into the warmer an the entire time sitting waiting for door dash just 16 wings then he tried to give me the wings with no bag you really trying to screw up my door dash ratings an account smh

Terrible service. We got the Big Dinner Box. The Marinara sauce for the breadsticks was already not filled much so we politely asked for a second one. The second one (on the right in the picture) looks like they just put a drop in it. I get it, the workers just work there and coming from a service worker myself, I understand you just work there. At the same time, these corporations pride themselves on customer satisfaction and the company giving another sauce to a customer won’t tank stock values.

We ordered 2 orders of breadsticks and they have absolutely zero seasoning. There are 10 plain sticks of bread. Very very disappointed. I would add a picture if I could figure out how.

Our recent experience the Groveland Pizza Hut: pizza was cold and did not have the toppings which we paid extra for and the boneless wings were hard as a rock. The staff was nice but the food was terrible. I am very disappointed in this location.

We normally love pizza hut. But the last few times we have ordered, including last night, it seems like you are more focused on getting our food to us super quick and less time on the cooking. Last night, the cheese was barely melted and the veggies on my pizza were still crunchy. I would rather wait a few more minutes being delivered than have undercooked pizza. Please. Food isn't cheap these days. Let us enjoy what we pay for. We will wait.

Despite my my previous history with this company I can say that I am greatly disappointed with what has become of this once decent chain (They have never really been great but at least worthy of 4 stars). Not only has the quality of service gone down (missing half the order, luke-warm at best, poor food quality, and I hope you know Spanish for your driver (granted mine was polite)) but they have severely downgraded their delivery service by switching to door dash. If you order please just go in double check your order and be sure to understand that you will be let down like any game of thrones enjoyer during the finale. Go to Marcos for better pizza, better service, and it's not papa johns.

I worked with Nancy to set up christmas dinner with my family. She's the sweetest thing ever! She helped me, put up with me, arranged our meal, and it was wonderful! Merry Christmas to you all, and especially Nancy and crew! You all are the best!!!
Ordered my dinner at 3:54 pm. Apparently they don’t have delivery drivers anymore so they use door dash to pickup orders. The 1st driver picked up my order at 4:07 and never showed up. I called the store to give me a refund and stuff back and they insisted on making us more food. They said they would make my order again and include a free credit for next time but all I want is my money back. It’s currently 5:50 and I still have not received the “makeup order” they made for me and my family. Never again will I order Pizza Hut.

Delivery was more than an hour. The food was cold and soggy. This had been the second time the delivery took way too long and the food always cold. I decided to give a second chance but I was really disappointed of the food quality.
