Not exaggerating but every time my son and I come to this subway, we always have a great experience. And we go there a lot. All of the employees are super nice and friendly. The food is always amazing and fresh. Every time we come there, we always end up leaving with a smile. Highly recommend.

Ordered online when I came to pick up the had ran out of one of the toppings that I wanted extra of and didn't tell me. also had the doors locked 20 minutes before closing time and almost wouldn't let me inside.

I was missing a churro with my order. Went to call the number; immediately didn't go through. Called Area Supervisor number on receipt multiple times, no pick up. Workers were moving slow (benefit of the doubt that they're newer hires, I understand that). But they did not acknowledge me for almost five minutes when I was waiting on a pick up order. Then I waited even longer for nothing to be added to my bag and it to just be handed out to me with, again, a missing churro. I noticed that the churro was marked out on the physical menu; why is it still offered in the app for mobile orders if that's the case?

The new renovation on the place is ugly. Makes me think I'm walking into a dirty hospital cafeteria. That's no employee's fault, just doesn't help the experience of anyone that goes into this oppressive feeling space.

One star because this was the worst I've ever felt entering, staying in, and leaving a Subway.

Henry the sandwich maker is one of the BEST sandwich makers ever. He not only had fantastic service, but also a friendly personality that I would love for everyone to have. 5⭐️ for Henry

It’s incredible how skimpy the sandwiches are made at this location when they are ordered to-go or via uber eats for example. They know they can’t skimp you when you’re watching it being made, but boy will they do it for deliveries. I continue to give them a chance and thought maybe I had bad luck the first couple of times I ordered. Nope, I was wrong again. They make these sandwiches as though the ingredients being used are coming from their own personal kitchens. How is it possible that my Titan Turkey (supposedly 33% more meat + 2x cheese) has LESS of BOTH than your standard turkey sub?? Make it make sense. I spent MORE for LESS! Don’t even get me started on the pure lack of veggies used as well. Don’t think for a second I’m going to pay for extra meat or cheese to receive the portion I should already be given. Next time I want a bread sandwich with very little meat/cheese and no veggies to go with it, I’ll be sure to order from here.

I had a worker named Henry make my sub.i can't say anything but good things about him.he was very timely making my sub and listened to me when I said I did or didn't want something. He was also very interactive with me and made the overall experience very enjoyable.

5-Star Experience with One Employee (Evan).

I visited this Subway location recently, and my experience was a tale of two extremes. The first employee I encountered was absolutely magnificent. Evan greeted me with a warm smile, took the time to listen carefully to my order, and was incredibly attentive to the details. He was fast, clean, professional and pleasant throughout the entire interaction. His customer service skills were top-notch, and he genuinely seemed to care about making my experience great. Also, he was the only one wearing his name.

Unfortunately, my experience with the second and third employee was the complete opposite. this employees seemed lost and uninterested. I felt like my order was more of a nuisance than a customer transaction. There was little to no engagement.
While I was thrilled with the service from the first employee, I hope the entire staff can aim to meet the same standard. Overall, a mixed experience but with clear potential for improvement. Thank you to Evan the employee who went above and beyond!

*Just go elsewhere, this place seems to be consistently getting one or two stars**

We made an online mobile order. Went to pick it up and were notified that they were out of our requested item, and they needed to void the transaction issue a refund of our mobile order, we would have to pick out a new item then reorder with the new in stock item,and repay for everything because and I quote, " the company will think we are stealing the sandwich if it's not done this way", because they have to keep track of inventory. We would have to wait for our bank to give us the refund in 7-14 days. So we would have to pay double the amount for a sandwich today. We voided the transaction, left with no food, and just went elsewhere. They didn't even notify us they were out of the inventory until we showed up for our order and this entire situation unraveled.

Gave it one star for many reasons, but also, if this is true how this company is acting, then we will pass either way.

Our sanwiches were mostly bread barely had any lettuce like 5 leaves of spinach it was just disappointing ! This isn’t the first time either I’ve got a flatbread there before and I’m not sure if the girl was just trying to save meat or what but it was literally all flatbread just stingy . I feel like yall do that so we can ask for extra meat and charge us extra !

Customer service is very bad, if they are doing another task they don’t acknowledge their customers or apologize for the wait. And when they do help you some of the workers are extremely rude and have no manners at all. There are always customers waiting to order and it sometimes takes a very long time. I expect better.
