The guys that work there specifically one of them, always when I go he gives me in a attitude. Always complaining about he is always early working meaning that he doesn't want to make more subs to no one. If he doesn't like to work why is he working there....always with long face and with a mad face.

11/12/2023 the girl working around 10am today is the absolute best ever fast kind and i got a ham and cheese as well as a steak and cheese which i always ask for heavy oil and vinegar and she hit the perfect amount on the spot best friggin sub ever i will be throwing in some rizz next time thanks subway girl woot woot ;-)

Good day, my name is Mike Hilliard and I wanted to share my experience at your Groveland Subway store Sunday. Mind you we have been patrons here since we moved to Groveland in 2015.We arrived in the afternoon, no customers were in the store. A young man and another worker were in the back. The young man came out and asked what breads we wanted and we explained we wanted four footlong sandwiches. The other worker came out and looked away and mumbled something. I asked her to look at me and to repeat what she was saying. I explained that I am hard of hearing and I needed the person to look at me so I could understand.I am an older man with a hearing challenge, I did not have my hearing aids in so I was unable to understand this employee. That’s it. That’s my whole issue.Your employee walked away repeatedly during the sandwich making while mumbling under her breath. When the person returned I asked what pronoun they went by as I wasn’t sure, with no name tag and a shirt that said spicy, I wanted to be respectful.I never raised my voice, called them names, or tried to make them feel small. I just couldn’t hear this person. I can accept that she (as she identified herself) didn’t acknowledge us when we entered, didn’t engage or promote this store in a positive light. But when she took our picture and said she was calling the police, that caught me off guard.For the record, I am happy to talk to you and her and or the police if necessary. Her customer service is poor, her professionalism is absent, and I could not understand what she was mumbling.Thank you for reading this. I have texted and emailed this to your manager and store without response. I look forward to your reply.

Melissa was great! She made me a sub with a smile and personable which made me feel comfortable. In a uncomfortable situation. The manager was very condescending & I didn’t appreciate her talking loudly or down to a young man at the register in front of customers, it would be better to do that in private. It’s embarrassing and made me feel uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for Melissa I wouldn’t have enjoy my experience.

I always do curbside for my sandwiches. They are on a timer and always come out as soon as I hit the button I am here usually. They're always surprised that I give them a tip which I'm hoping when they see my car they continue to give me good service

The pace is fast and furious. Unfortunately as with many subway restaurants, using the app, you usually don't get what you want. A normally excellent restaurant, they only had one type of bread tonight due to mechanical issues and I had to go to another shop so my wife could have her sand-which made according to diet. Given that, even though the other shop was completely dead, they still did not put on the oils or salts and extras as ordered. You really have to be in person if you expect what subway can really do. It is my top three sub shops. Let me work there and I'll do my best to make it perfect for all of my hometown. Restaurants were both clean and friendly, but I would rather the artists pay closer attention. Groveland was banging but Clermont was dead. Expected super service on a simple Tuesday. Had to go to two stores and neither was made to order through the app. Delicious yes, but you want what you order.

We frequent subways across Florida quite often and normally have a great experience. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case at the subway in Groveland. We ordered and the girl waiting on us was pleasant however her manager kept barking orders at her and was rude when we inquired about a simple coupon. The sub was fine but I choose to skip the lettuce because it looked rather unappetizing, old and brown. As you know the bathroom is always the tell tale sign of how clean the rest of the restaurant is. The bathroom was pretty dirty and looked like the floor hadn’t been cleaned in months, with caked on dirt in the corners of the floor…ughh. I would suggest that you go next door to Publix if you’re looking for a sub, good customer service and a clean environment. I’m hoping that the girl who made our sandwich goes to Publix for a job. It’s certain to be a better environment.

WASTED TIME AND MONEY! Ordered off the "NEW MENU" THE OUTLAW..... it is nothing as advertised. The employee for one kept asking what I wanted on the sandwich. I said The outlaw, its the #2 sandwich on your new menu. I did not get the 2x pepper jack, had to tell her to put the Baja Chipotle. She served and looked as though she did not want to be there. Anyways I will continue to get my amazing sandwich fix from .....JERSEY MIKES!
